Horrible place!!
Pros:

Nothing!!!

Cons:

The front desk guy was on his personal phone the whole time, i ask for a receipt and didnt get one. The exit doors didnt lock, the room was dirty, the bed had old bedding on it and it was dirty. Smell of pot through the halls. Very sketchy people, the police were there a lot. Roach hotel. Horrible place! Do not recommend to stray animals!!

Quick stop over, bar was handy, BBQ next door.
Pros:

Complimentary breakfast had good selections. Nice restaurant next door "Dickey's! . Pool was ok.

Cons:

Bed and heater pretty dated.

Not a pleasant stay because of above comments. Put some money in the place! Find housekeeping pride!
Pros:

Price! Size of room! TV!

Cons:

Could have been a lot cleaner. Bathtub was dirty, found bug on nightstand, Heater/AC unit was rattling, bed mattress was uncomfortable, seemed to be dark in room (not enough lighting or too dark of walls?), smelled bad, bathroom pretty tight quarters.

I would stay there again due to the location, low price and no pet fees.
Pros:

My special room request and location was honored. Front desk personnel was very helpful. To have a working fidge & microwave in my room was a plus.

Cons:

No breakfast served. Room was not cleaned properly. Found hairs on a pillow and spit in the sink. Toilet seat was chipped and loose. Mold in the bathroom tiles crevices.

You get what you pay for. There’s a reason they’re so cheap.

Absolutely nothing

Cons:

The toilet was clogged, there was an unmarked KILL POWER switch in the room that looked like a light switch, the broken microwave, the vinegar smell, the lack of a screen on a first story window, there was black mold on the shower curtain and the bathroom ceiling, the bathroom floor was caving in, the water pressure was terrible, nothing was sound proof, the bedding and towels were dirty, the floor was filthy to the point where you wipe it with a paper towel and it came up BLACK, the hallway ceiling tiles are breaking away, it’s in a very unsafe area with blind spots everywhere when you are coming out of the building. will NOT stay again.

Cons:

The bed creaked every time i rolled over. The beds were hastily made up, i questioned if the bedding had been changed from the previous guest. The floor was dirty.

It was gross so we didn't stay.
Pros:

Pool area looked great. Front desk guy was kind and canceled my stay so we didn't have to sleep there.

Cons:

The sheets were stained. There was a mystery liquid in a jar in the fridge. The room smelled terrible. The neighboring room's window was open with clothes hanging out, and the room door was wide open, showing a disgusting room.

Cons:

The rooms were dirty in corners, windows, the bedding had brown stains unsure of what it was on them the doors didnt work with keys so had to walk all the way around the building. The limited staff that we interacted with were personable.

Pros:

The pool was open, spaces rooms, the price was ok for what you get if you use a booking site to book a room.

Cons:

The room was not very clean. The floor needs sweeping, the cabinets top had not been clean in a long time. The coffee maker had not been clean for a long time. Need to have an extra roll of TP things like that. Safety is, be aware of your surroundings. The evening staff male is curt in behavior.
