Brutal
Pros:

Had difficulty accessing my suite with the room cards. Moved once, then back to original room. Still difficulties. Reception guy (good guy) eventually gave three room cards in case two didn’t work. I had to use the wifi in the lobby until he rebooted things and even then not good. I’d driven a long way, had work to do and didn’t want to be wasting all this time. I saw an envelope in the room for me to give a tip. I went to use the coffee machine in the morning and the water reservoir was filthy. That security eye lens in the door - it wasn't there and somebody had crammed some toilet paper in the hole. Clearly Mgt thought it not worth the hassel to repair. The ironing board behind the suite door - big brown stain and ripped.
Worse hotel stay in a long time. I woke up early and just got the hell out of there and on the road again.

Pros:

It was close to where I needed to be. It was CHEAP

Cons:

One chair for sitting. Shower was horrible, no pressure, no shelf for toiletries and splashed into the room a bunch.
The key cards wouldn't work in most doors outside. Had the front desk rerun them twice.

Pros:

Convenient location. Genuinely pet friendly, allows cats and no fees. Coffee was decent, both in room and in the lobby. Beds were comfortable and clean.

Cons:

No lids for the coffee cups in the room or the lobby.
