Spacious room close to the lake and perfect for families!
Pros:

Perfect accommodation for our family! It was spacious and my son loved the playroom and ping pong area. Also, just a 10- 15 minute drive to the lakeside.

Pros:

温泉、卓球、リラクゼーションルームがあって楽しめた。
トイレと風呂が別々で部屋も広かった
スタッフの方がとても親切で本来予約が必要な送迎を急遽してくださった

幼児の食事が含まれていなかった…
Pros:

部屋が和洋室で過ごしやすく、キッチンスペースもあるなど部屋は充実していました。

Cons:

大人二人、子供二人で予約したにも関わらず、アメニティが三人分しか用意されていませんでした。それは追加のものをもらえたのでよかったのですが、困ったのは、子供用の食事が１名分しか用意されていなかったこと。予約時に４名と入力して、夕食付きのプランを予約したことを指摘しても、「幼児は同伴扱いであり、料金に含まれていない」などと、予約時に説明されていないことを言われ応じていただけませんでした。子供に食べさせないわけにもいかず、不本意ながらも追加料金を払い注文せざるを得ませんでした。幼児と言っても5歳と入力しているのであり、赤ちゃんではないのだから、食事が必要なことは分かるはず。幼児の食事が出ないなら、最初からその旨明記しておくべきですし、せめて、予約確認を数日前に送る際合わせて確認すべきではないでしょうか。
なお、「大人用のご飯（白米）を持ってき忘れたので、追加注文の子供用食事と一緒に持ってくる」と言われ、ご飯を持ってきてもらうのに20分もかかったというできごともありました。その間食事できず待つしかありませんでした。先にご飯だけ持ってくることはできなかったのでしょうか。
施設自体は部屋も広くて良かっただけに、残念でした。

Établissement au charme délicieusement désuet. Nous sommes arrivés en voiture, de jour, donc sans difficulté. L'établissement nous a semblé quasi vide donc nous avons pu profiter des équipements a écrit plaisir sans gêner ni etre gêné : onsen, ping-pong ...

Cons:

Chauffe-eau à régler dans la chambre. On n'était pas familier avec ce type d'installation et tout en japonais... Le personnel a essayé d'aider, on a fini par résoudre le tout.
