Did not eat breakfast. To expensive
A better restaurant. The bar lounge was not good at all.
Breakfast was very good and more than expected in quantity. Location was fine.
Parking garage is awkward and a bit confusing.
Let me start with the fact the room was clean and nice.
Two notes of less than satisfactory:
1. Thankfully, I read a 20% gratuity is already added to the tab handed to you. Though you may not realize the 20% is added on there.
Fortunately, I read another posting of someone who experienced this.
2. There were at least two groups of people heading for buses to get on their cruises. Only half the elevators worked, which meant buses were delayed, people were frustrated.
I hate reviews like this but I truly never leave picky hotel reviews over stuff that is silly. The hotel is beautiful, the lobby is gorgeous and cozy. But once we got to our room right away I noticed balled up used Kleenex in the bathroom under the sink. The sheets on the bed seemed to just fit while looking at them but oncewe were in bed the covers don’t actually cover you. Our feet were sticking out and wasn’t enough for two people. The pillows were also thin. Our fridge didn’t work, their option was to give them all of our perishables and they could put them in employee fridge. It finally got fixed while we were out but the fridge was out putting so much heat it didn’t seem normal. The staff were very friendly and polite. I had a friend using a cane so the location was not a fit for her. I love exercising but for her the hills were too steep for her to walk.
Parking was horrible unable to accommodate a full size vehicle
The breakfast buffet was delicious with good variety and was included with our stay. The hotel location was excellent to walk down to Shoreline drive and to Pike Place Market. Also it was close to the public transportation to access other parts of Seattle itself.
One of the female servers actually charged us for the buffet and did not check the guest list who had the breakfast package. Annoying to have to go to front desk to correct it. Also the front desk did not provide us with any bottled water when venturing out for the day. They kept saying they were out when other visitors seemed to get them. Our room faced the I5 freeway so it was noisy.
Falta que pongan más información adentro de los cuartos.

Had a great stay at the Renaissance Seattle Downtown. The service was excellent, and I really appreciated the status recognition and upgrade to a very comfortable suite. The location was also incredibly convenient for the Seattle Convention Center, literally just a two- to three-minute drive. I would have walked if not for the rain, so it worked out perfectly for my trip.
I also wanted to recognize Jake at the front desk. He was very welcoming and accommodating, and he made a great first impression when I arrived. As it was my first time staying at the hotel, I really appreciated how smooth and pleasant he made the arrival experience.
Nice room
Parking should be included and not have to pay extra to park in their garage
