Great front desk service
Pros:

I had a great experience thanks to Nabil at the front desk. He was professional, respectful, and very helpful from the moment I walked in. He handled everything smoothly and made the whole process easy and comfortable. You can tell he knows what he’s doing and actually cares about people. Definitely someone who represents the place well.

Our Best Hotel Experience!
Pros:

My wife and I found the Renaissance Seattle Hotel a very welcoming and friendly hotel. It was one of our most unique seven-night's stay. Both room service and house cleaning are quick and efficient. There are no serious negatives we can say about this hotel.

I like to give a big thank you to Chris at the front desk and Concierge Jenneth for their warm concerns and help. Just a side note, I haven't been to Seattle over 40 years, a lot has change.

All I can say, I highly recommend the Renaissance Seattle Hotel. 😊

Best Front Desk Ever
Pros:

I have stayed at this Marriott property on three different occasions and well clean and well situated within the city. It never really stood out differently than other Marriott properties that I stay in multiple times every month. However, I wanted to write a comment about the front desk, agent Crystal, who took the experience to the next level very friendly greeting. I was there to conduct interviews and she went out of her way to make sure me and the people I was interviewing were comfortable whileI waited to check into my room later that day she saw to it that Natalie did she find me a really nice room, but sought me in the lobby to give me my keys while I was conducting these interviews. Crystal really stands out in a world of apathetic workers where you can tell she really loves her job and loves the service industry.Marriott is lucky to have this employee.

What a wonderful team on staff!
Pros:

The staff was excellent. The care they showed to me after my struggle up the steep Seattle hill is especially remarkable

Over all stay was comfortable
Pros:

Location and cleanliness of the room was good. Lots of bathrooms through out the hotel.

Cons:

Not enough towels in the room for how many guests there was. There great fitness room but no pool or hot tub to go with it. Room price was good but parking was steep and made the hotle about the same as everyone else close by.

In town for a long trial
Pros:

Every person working at this location was exceptional. Whenever I needed help moving in items for our project or moving out or had questions or needed something extra they helped. The hotel was clean and the food was good. This made being there three weeks much easier.
