In general the employees are polite but with minimum experience .

Tolle Lage am Meer. Sind froh, dass wir nur Frühstück gebucht haben
Pros:

Ausblick, direkter Zugang zum Meer

Cons:

Hotel wirkt eher steril. Einfache Ausstattung. Getränke sind sehr teuer für die Qualität und die Begeisterung der Bedienung. Hatten das Gefühl abgezockt zu werden.

Pros:

clean public areas and well presented
Rooms well maintained, fresh / modern. Nice views
Pools very good.
Beach very good.
Lots of sun beds never any shortage.
Houskeeping team very good, room very clean.

Mary on reception and there’s an Indian gentleman in the restaurant very helpful and friendly, these two team members are a credit to the hotel and do a great job.

Carlotta very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Issues with items running out on bars. One night no beer at 10pm. Instead of obtaining stock from another bar just told no beer. Eventually sorted by a more helpful staff member.

One day there was no ice.

On the last night I was there went to the bar to buy some bottled water as this is not included in all inclusive. Bar had no still bottled water left as it was all used for an “emergency” reception sorted water for me from Houskeeping however I had to insist.

Basic requests to the team members are often an issue, example all coffee machines not working someone told me they were fixing it. 5 mins later I’m still standing there then the waitress walked past me again, asked what is happening the reply was go to the lobby bar and get coffee. Could have told me that before.

Asked to extend my booking for 2 nights which also took a long time and pressure for it to happen. As if I am asking for something out of the ordinary. It’s a basic request.
Told to go and try to book myself online. It was eventually sorted.

Some areas have a lack of attention to detail, soap and hand towels not topped up inside male toilets the whole time I was there.

The pool area where many children are present sometimes plays songs with the N word, F word and also contained the line “bitches in ma living room” or something like that. Interesting conversation with my 5 year old daughter asking me what those words mean. How anyone can think it is acceptable to play songs like that in a family hotel I have no idea. Large parts of the day with loud music.

Was told my reception you have to pay to go to the beach club however this is not factual all the sun loungers are used by guests from the hotel without paying. Only the drinks there are not included.

The food is generally poor with strange combinations like onion rings at breakfast. The poolside snacks are limited to onion rings and chips, very poor selection.
