Its too expensive for what they offered. You can get better for half the price and I have been to hundreds of Hotels in Albania alone
Clean room , reception , bar & entertainment team was amazing.
Some waiters made me uncomfortable asking for wrist bend following me when l was getting food , felt embrassed.
A rececionista BLERINA destacou-se e fez toda a diferenca na simpatia e na tentativa de agradar e ajudar com informaçóes de modo a termos uns dias melhores.
Também a chefe da rececão (uma senhora espanhola) nos deu um apoio quando fui picada na piscina por uma abelha e não tinha uma caixa de primeiros socorros.

A vacsoránál nem lehetett kiülni a teraszra. A Durresi tengerparti sétány messze van és nincs transzfer a szállodából.

Pessima pulizia della camera. Nemmeno una bottiglia di acqua nel frigobar. Tv non funzionante! Ho provato a chiamare la reception, nessuna risposta!!

The rooms are renovated, new simple and modern. Very clean.
The hotel needs deeper renovation, the outdoor area is very old and needs a total change. Staff is polite but unprofessional. Wouldn't choose this hotel again.

I think that for older people the walk from the hotel rooms to the restaurant might be a bit long. Other than that, everything perfect.

Hotel itself good enough. Rooms and bed are comfortable and clean. Pool area itself good enough as well and staff is friendly.
1. Mosqitos and flys are disaster
2. Air condition didn't work properly
3. Step out hotel - garbage is everywhere around
4. Sea and beach are dirty- I mean people leave rubbish, even the fact that they clean beach every day doesn't help
5. People - cultural level of guests far away from normal. They can seat 10cm ( It is not a joke ) from you and play ball on your head, smoke into your face and say - and what can you do to me. It feels unsafe when adult man do it.
6. Smoking people every where even in the pool, maybe for some people it is fine, but I don't think leave a cigarette buds on the pool floor is normal.
7. If you don't pay for all inclusive then its a bit a problem to have normal dinner or any food
8. About the food - for example our last breakfast we have been served with unfresh even source corn
