Zdjęcia w ofercie wyglądają bardzo ładnie, ale niestety w rzeczywistości jest to bardzo złudne wrażenie. Przetrzymywałem się w hotelu w szczycie sezonu i właśnie wtedy wszystkie jego problemy stają się szczególnie widoczne. Na pierwszy rzut oka pokoje wyglądają przyzwoicie, ale niestety są sprzątane bardzo niedbale. Personel sprzątający pojawia się codziennie głównie po to, aby zmienić ręczniki i pościelić łóżko, i na tym właściwie sprzątanie się kończy. Brudne szklanki, brudna podłoga czy brak mydła to tutaj zupełna norma. Jedzenie również jest bardzo rozczarowujące. Praktycznie codziennie pojawiają się te same potrawy. Przez cały tydzień raz na kolację podano pizza lub hot dog lub hamburger masakra; poza tym były to głównie dziwnie przyrządzone mięsa i gotowana cukinia lub papryka. Organizacja samej jadalni to również duży problem. Brak wolnego stolika to zupełna norma, stoliki są często brudne, a sztućców potrafi po prostu zabraknąć. Personel zdecydowanie bardziej interesuje się swoimi telefonami niż przygotowywaniem stolików dla gości. Co ciekawe, na jadalni przez cały czas obecny jest kierownik, który również nie reaguje na sytuacje, w których goście nie mają gdzie usiąść lub czym zjeść. Strefa barowa to inna historia. Praktycznie wszystkie lepsze drinki są dodatkowo płatne, i to niemało. Na przykład Aperol kosztuje 1000 leków. No i brudne kubki w pool barze tragedia ludzie chorują tutaj na zatrucia pokarmowe. Strefa basenowa również zasługuje na osobny komentarz. Na terenie hotelu znajdują się dwa baseny, z czego jeden jest całkowicie płatny. Samo wynajęcie leżaka przy tym basenie kosztuje aż 10-20 euro. Przestrzeń przeznaczona na animacje to w zasadzie kilka krzeseł ustawionych przed wejściem do hotelu, na maksymalnie około 30 osób. Trudno nazwać to prawdziwą strefą animacji. A jeżeli chodzi o animacje dla dzieci to już inna historia mini disco przez 70% pobytu było robione gdzieś gdzie mało kto wiedział gdzie będzie.

Pros:

Struttura per niente caotica. Molto accogliente. Letti comodi e stanze ben tenute (stanza con giardino privato l abbiamo adorata).
Staff molto cordiale; dal signore che si occupa della pulizia piscina mattutina (salutava sempre ☺️), animazione presente e attenta, staff al bar e al ristoro attento e cordiale.
Fronte mare, la mattina era piacevolissima la passeggiata.
Cibo buono,solo i prezzi un tantino alti se nn fai l all inclusive; tipo una piccolissima insalata greca 5€. Ma per il resto. Tt ok.

Cons:

Il mare (non è azzurro) però ovviamente non è colpa della struttura.

I would not stay here again.
Cons:

For the price of the hotel, the facilities were extremely disappointing. The all-inclusive package they offer does not live up to what an all-inclusive experience should be.

Even water, which is a basic necessity, was served warm in plastic cups. The drinks were also not at the standard I would expect from an all-inclusive hotel.

I asked to have drinking water in the room and was told that it was not included in the package. In my opinion, bottled drinking water should be provided in the room even without an all-inclusive package.

The food selection was also very limited, with very little variety. For an all-inclusive hotel, I expected a much wider choice of dishes and better quality overall.

There were also many insects around the balcony area, and the room was far too small for three people.

The beach area was very disappointing as well, and the sunbeds were very old and in poor condition.

Overall, considering the price we paid, the hotel did not meet my expectations at all.

Leider ist das kein Melia - auch wenn es so verkauft wird
Pros:

Schönes Zimmer. Angenehmes Meer direkt vor dem Hotel.

Cons:

Es ist sehr laut. Melia steht für andere Werte als Massenturismus. Am Strand ist Lignano feeling. Beim Frühstück herrscht Gedränge es ist sehr laut.

Overpriced. Mixing full paying customers with budget travellers does not work. Service well below expectations. Beach ok. Walking to alternative restaurants requires a walk that is not too nice.

Klevis was the best part of the trip. Such a kind hearted human being.

I can’t really say to be honest.

Cons:

On Saturday, a staff was racist to us and said we had to pay to use the pool until a guest spoke to him in their language and he then said, “but today isn’t full so I’ll let you swim for free.” Imagine that.

Pros:

Anlage liegt direkt am Strand, Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Pool ist sauber und es ist ein sehr Familien freundliches Hotel, alles gut mit dem Kinderwagen erreichbar.

Cons:

Das Essen war nicht im Top, zu diesem Preis darf man ein bisschen mehr erwarten, jedoch war es nicht schlecht, sondern gut. Beim Buffet sollte man nicht zu grosse Erwartungen haben, es war leicht abwechslungsreich.

Die Unterkunft war sauber und gut.

Cons:

Das Frühstücksbuffet war immer gleich. Die Poolbar hatte sehr schlechtes essen. Die Klimaanlage in unserem Zimmer hat auch nicht immer korrekt funktioniert. Aber im ganzen ist es kein schlechtes Hotel.
