Ruined by prices and workers tieing up the elavtor!
Pros:

Location , your valets did an awesome job!

Cons:

Cleaning staff constantly tiring up the elevators! Especially taking smelly dirty laundry down stairs. Construction workers also tiring up the elevators just to one floor.

Your restaurant was over priced for the dishes they were serving! For one night paying $300. We will not be back!

Where are the ice machines?
Pros:

Very nice and clean rooms; most of the desk staff were friendly. Bed was pretty lumpy, but was very clean. Reason for rating is that they are (so I was told) in the process of replacing all the ice machines, and there were no ice machines on any of the floors. I can completely understand that, but at the minimum there should be signs on door of the ice machine room to tell you that. I further believe that either a desk clerk should tell you that when you check in, OR a sign on the inside of every room to tell. I should not have to go floor-to-floor to figure out that ice doesn't exist except in the lobby.

I’d stay here again.
Pros:

Exceptionally clean, great customer service, good restaurant on site, many restaurants & small grocery within short walk.

Nice stay but expensive.
Pros:

Close to the convention center to meet my needs.
Nice location and friendly staff.

Cons:

Few luggage racks to use when checking in and out. Food choices were limited and expensive. The ice machines were broken and no way to get ice for my room. If I wanted a microwave in my room it costed more.

Pros:

Overall a nice hotel. The halls could use a little updating but the room served the purpose. The staff was kind, the restaurant was great!
