Clean
Uncomfortable bed, hard mattress topper impacted a decent nights rest.
Not a good experience with the checkin process. We were unable to get a refund on our stay.
Very nice and clean rooms; most of the desk staff were friendly. Bed was pretty lumpy, but was very clean. Reason for rating is that they are (so I was told) in the process of replacing all the ice machines, and there were no ice machines on any of the floors. I can completely understand that, but at the minimum there should be signs on door of the ice machine room to tell you that. I further believe that either a desk clerk should tell you that when you check in, OR a sign on the inside of every room to tell. I should not have to go floor-to-floor to figure out that ice doesn't exist except in the lobby.
Exceptionally clean, great customer service, good restaurant on site, many restaurants & small grocery within short walk.
Needs new mattresses
Close to the convention center to meet my needs.
Nice location and friendly staff.
Few luggage racks to use when checking in and out. Food choices were limited and expensive. The ice machines were broken and no way to get ice for my room. If I wanted a microwave in my room it costed more.
The room was clean and the staff was pleasant.
Overall a nice hotel. The halls could use a little updating but the room served the purpose. The staff was kind, the restaurant was great!
Really dark inside and lighting in room not very bright
Was here for one night on the 3rd floor for business. The room had a loud sound every few minutes resulting in no sleep. Room was small and dated, beds and pillows not great. Staff was great but this place needed a makeover badly for the rooms itself. For $308 a night I’d stay at embassy suites instead as it’s right across the street.
It was great and it was so close to everything I needed
Everything was good
I found the hotel to be enjoyable! I loved the M Lounge. Sheila was the epitome of hospitality and so ready to help!
Reservations? They didn’t seem easy to reach as there was only one woman to call and my calls always went to her voicemail. That was frustrating.
Sheila made up for it though!
