Bed was comfortable
Pros:

Shower was broken, it was a joke, can’t believe that the last person that stayed in the room 753 or house cleaning didn’t report to fix! My husband had to forgo a shower! I did how ever let the front desk know!

For the price, you pay for the proximity to LAX while being nickel-and-dimed for basic necessities.
Pros:

The furnishings are comfortable. The are an appropriate number of electricity and USB outlets at the desk.

Cons:

At the room price there should be:'
1. Complimentary bottled water provided in the room.
2. Free Internet; it is as basic as electricity and light bulbs.
3. The staff needs to be better informed. I was told when I checked in I could book an additional night and stay in the same room. In the morning I was told I had to move to another room. Very inconvenient and a waste of my time.

Nostalgia! I grew up across the street, neighborhood is now a parking lot.
Pros:

Unexpected layover due to weather, needed a room fast. Booking was easy, free shuttle was terrific. I am partially disabled so unexpected longish (for me anyway!) hike to my room was hard, but the room was clean and comfy. My daughter was able to get us dinner right next door (in-house dining was WAY too expensive). We had a lovely rest and then were delivered back to the airport at the crack of dawn for our new flight.

Cons:

Oddly, although I couldn't hear the plane noise, the street noise from cars came in much louder than I expected. Still slept great, but it was weird. Wish I had asked if they had a loaner wheelchair, the hike from the desk to the room and room to the bus was painful.

Bardzo miła obsługa. Naprawdę dobra restauracja. Dobra lokalizacja, blisko lotniska i wypożyczalni samochodów. Bezpłatny i często jeżdżący autobus na lotnisko. Bezproblemowy późniejszy checkout (płatny).

Cons:

Cena końcowa, którą ściągnięto mi z karty bardzo się różniła od ceny z rezerwacji w booking.com (i nie chodzi o dopłaty za bagaże czy późniejszy checkout). Duży karaluch (żywy) w łazience, pomimo, że ogólnie było bardzo czysto.

Location and bed

Cons:

The room's airconditioner swing flap was full of dust and not cleaned properly.

Conditioner ran out on the 2nd day. Asked housekeeping twice to refill it but nothing happened.

the rides to the airport terminals were HORRIBLE! The vans were not frequent enough and only for the pilots, and their team.

Pros:

Service was great. Because of them, I will return. It was the night service and the breakfast staff.

Cons:

The carpet smell humid. Seem the entire 7 floor needs a new paint job and deep clean.
