Love having the Daily Grill open late.- I often change planes in Los Angeles. The Western provides a very comfortable night sleep and it’s so nice to be able to have dinner and a glass of wine when I arrive late
The staff is always very accommodating and helpful. I’m usually out early in the next morning so once again, great to be able to get a bite to eat and coffee before I takeoff. No time to use your exercise equipment or your pool, but I get a very nice night’s sleep.

Big clean room
I wanted to take a moment to share my appreciation after being at the hotel for a little over 20 days now. Extended stays can be hard — the comfort of home is missed — but your staff truly makes a difference.
From the front desk to the restaurant team and so many others, everyone has been consistently kind and welcoming. I especially want to recognize Hilda, our housekeeper. She is truly a gem. Hilda checks in every day, is thoughtful about timing, keeps the room feeling fresh and clean, and always does so with a genuine smile. Her kindness and positive attitude brighten the day more than she probably realizes.
Hilda displays all the qualities that make guests feel cared for and comfortable, especially during longer stays. She is accommodating, attentive, and a wonderful representative of your hotel.
Just a friendly reminder to everyone staying for extended periods — saying thank you and showing gratitude goes a long way, and it truly works both ways. And of course… #tiphousekeeping 🙂

Horrible Experience! Rude service, wrong room upon arrival singl vs double. Gabriela rolled hers when I went back downstairs to guest services requesting the double I paid for in advance. Dirty room, Bath sink out of service, we had to leave the room for maintenance to snake the drain. Then upon checkout we received a $250 bill ALL FEES! Self-parking for $75/day, a destination fee $30 per day. Never Again!
Ridiculous Policies
We hosted friends from the east coast for one night prior to departing for our Hawaiian adventure. Greeted as a titanium elite guest we were provided an amenities card for each room. What a joke. The complimentary beverage was not available until 4:30 pm. After waiting over 40 minutes, we had to return to the front desk as they only provided 2 drink cards, not one. Then, although several stemmed glasses were available, our house wine was served in plastic. Later, we returned to use the $10 food & beverage credit to learn it is only available in the morning. The lounge is not open Saturday night. Oh, and there is no bottled water. Go to the lounge to fill a paper or plastic cup. Disappointing.

요금에 세금 및 부대비용 포함으로 나타났으나 destinatin fee 라는 이상한 비용을 추가 했습니다.
또한 주차비거 무려 $65 에 tax가 부과되어 $72이 추가 됩니다. 합리적인 가격에 숙박한다고 생각했다가 바가지를 썼네요.
Simply the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on! The big fluffy comforter was so much better than the usual thin hotel ones
