Hits the spot in every way
Pros:

Don’t bother searching for anything else. This hits the spot just right. First off it’s definitely an older hotel but has had the full Westin upgrade. Nothing to fault, modern, clean, big room, good shower and of course the Westin beds! Solo 30 hour trip before a late flight out of LAX. Super easy to do a half day rate, perfect room to relax and re pack, shower, bed….a little touch of luxury before a long haul flight. Double windows, I could maybe hear a low hum of aircraft if I listened really hard. No room service but order at the restaurant down stairs and pick up. Burger pretty an average , good taste, but soggy lettuce and soggy fries. Didn’t have high hopes anyway so wasn’t disappointed. Hit the spot when I was starving.
Pool is a perfect little spot with walled garden, well maintained, again some sun and fresh air before a flight. Note: I usually stay at the Fairmont century city if I have 30 hours in LA, but their prices have jumped ridiculously the past couple of years, and I can’t justify that much for a stop over and dealing with traffic to get to and from LAX. For having Fairmont standards, I wasn’t at all disappointed with the Westin LAX and would 100% stay again for this type of travel. Keep an eye on prices, they always drop closer to arrival.

The Westin itself was very nice and the hotel staff was great.
Pros:

Hotel and front desk staff were great. The airport shuttle service was horrible. We waited over an hour. When it finally arrived, the driver couldn’t be bothered to get out of her seat to put our bags in the bag in the back, so I had to struggle up the steps with it and ask her to give me a hand. “Hi. Can you give me a hand?” Her response was “ at least you said hi, that’s better than your husband or whatever he is did.”

Cons:

Slowest shuttle service at the airport. Watched 4-5 shuttles for every other airport hotel come and go. Rude unhelpful driver.

Nice hotel very pleased

Overall great stay. Perfect for our family’s needs. Would stay there again.
Pros:

Easy access, friendly and helpful staff, rooms clean and comfortable. Could not hear the planes.

Cons:

Had to pay for park which was not disclosed as an added cost. Our neighbor came home arguing with their kid in the middle of the night. Otherwise, was a great stay would go back.

Wonderful
Pros:

We loved the entire hotel! It smelled WONDERFUL upon walking into any entrance! Checking in was a breeze, changing rooms and reservations was also a breeze. The ballroom where I had my warranty classes in were big and comfortable! The food that was served for breakfast and lunch for the classes was amazing!

Cons:

I guess my only complaint would be that bed was a little too hard. But the feather pillows definitely made uo for it

Parking very expensive, wasn’t told about the daily free drinks or any of the other free amenities with the type of room I paid for. Overheard from another guest then I asked and was told.

Pros:

Stanze molto accoglienti e letto molto comodo, ottima qualità del sonno, pulitissimo. Personale molto cordiale, ottimo cibo.
Navetta per l’aeroporto sempre attiva, comodissima.
Car rental village a walking distance, ottimo per eventuale noleggio auto.

Mam bardzo mieszane uczucia . Hotel niby bardzo dobrze położny , przy lotnisku, wygodne łóżka, czysto, wrażenie pewnego luksusowa - ale parking płatny dodatkowo 78 dolarów za dobę, internet również płatny !!!!

Parking płatny dodatkowo w cenie 78 dolarów - to ceny San Francisco a nie Los Angeles !!!!W dodatku dla gości hotelu - grube przegięcie. Ponadto płatny internet w hotelu przy lotnisku gdzie goście odprawiają się na lot - to już szczyt szczytów. Na szczęście mam własny komórkowy internet i nie korzystałem z tego „luksusu” w dzisiejszym czasach płatny internet dla gości hotelu to już jest wyjątkowa chciwość właścicieli. Dlatego równowaga jakość do ceny, jeśli dodać parking, internet i śniadanie - jest już mocno zaburzona . Z całkiem taniego hotelu robi się jeden z droższych .

windows could do with a clean !
the price included breakfast, but no one told us to go to a lounge downstairs to get the free breakfast,
