Cons:

Bring back the complimentary bottle of water!!!! You charge $7.50 just to get a bottle of water after a long trip. Not about the money, it's the principle.

The location of the hotel to LAX is unparalleled. The accommodations are immaculate, providing comfortable rooms and beds. Additionally, there is a comfortable desk and work chair, a luxurious shower, and a well-appointed bathroom. The lobby is comfortable, aesthetically pleasing and offers ample seating areas for working and enjoying coffee or adult beverages. A charming gift shop is also conveniently located. This hotel serves as a serene oasis amidst the bustling city of Los Angeles.

Cons:

The Westin charges $66/night for parking, which is outrageous for guests. Internet is free only if booked directly through their website, otherwise it costs $14.95 or $17.95 per night. At an upscale hotel, free WiFi is expected.

Staff was nice. Lobby was beautiful. That’s it! Overpriced rooms. Children stated that the pool was nice.

You take advantage of there being no parking therefore impose far to high a price for parking on your property. $62.00+ per night is outrageous! Rooms very small with no air circulation in the bathroom. Beds very uncomfortable and Pillows either too hard or too soft. Did not receive what I thought I should get back in my deposit. Off by approximately $50.00 after paying for parking.
