Unpleasant experience that cost us $600plus dollars we won’t be back
Pros:

old nit updated ac didn’t work we were freezing even after two attempts to fix property

Cons:

parking and location was horrible it was old not updated at all in rooms or bathrooms

Pros:

Nice, modern, and clean hotel. The staff was friendly. I added breakfast and it was a good decision. The room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The neighbourhood is safe and quiet.

Cons:

Location is a bit far from the city center.

stranded in the middle of no where with no food not even room service
Pros:

I had to stay here because it's walkable for meetings I had - ZERO food available in the lunch or afternoon until 5pm. Despite what the menus and guest guides say - including room service. I dont know if this is newly taken over but it looks like they just painted over everything but didn't actually renovate - the staff could be nicer given the lack of anything around here.

New favorite hotel in Houston
Pros:

Great hotel, perfect location for my business, they were sold out for a few days prior so I could get in a little early, but they set me up with wifi so I could work in the lobby, Carlos the manager helped me with some documents I needed to scan, the bar staff was awesome, and my room was quiet and comfortable. Had a great stay, will be back.

Poorly run hotel
Pros:

I had stayed and went to extend. Pay for an extended room they already checked me out and took everything out of my room, even though I had already given down deposit. Very incompeten management would not stay there.

Other than that the stay was great.
Pros:

It was very nice and very friendly staff and the atmosphere was very pleasant

Cons:

I lost my gift card that I got for Christmas. I just registered it at the hotel and I guess it fell on the floor that night and I didn’t realize it until I was gone. When I called back they couldn’t find it.
