It’s near DC.

Cons:

Their systems were down when we got there but they still checked us in — to the wrong room. I booked with this location specifically for the shower and ended up getting something worse, and definitely not what I paid for. They also never made that right during our stay. When we got in, parking was full so the lady told us to park across the street at a parking garage. She neglected to tell us there’s a specific floor for overnight parking, so our car got towed. That ended up costing $220. Incredibly unhappy with our stay.

Overall, we were very pleased.
Pros:

Beds were extra comfortable. Room was nice. Location was close to park we were going to for 250th Celebration fireworks. The young lady that checked us in was very pleasant and accommodating - we asked to leave our vehicle there while we went into DC the next day; however, we ended up driving into the city.

Cons:

The price was high for the amount of time spent there, but it was the 4th of July and 250th Celebration (so understandable).

Good value and so close to the airport.
Pros:

Proximity to the airport was what we needed. We got that, plus an excellent staff. They ask every person as they check in when their flight leaves. Then they recommend when to come down to catch the airport shuttle, which runs every 20 minutes or so. The airport is only 4 minutes from the hotel.

Really clean as well. And you actually get a couple of bottles of water in the room that are free. It’s crazy, but that’s not standard anymore, so it was nice to have some bottled water to make coffee in the morning.

Disappointed by the staff and cleanliness of the room.
Pros:

Location is good, somewhat near the metro station, and the rooms are relatively large.

Cons:

The staff were a bit rude, neglected to give me breakfast vouchers at check-in even though my reservation included breakfast, tried to convince me that breakfasts are always charged separately and that I must have made a mistake even though my reservation clearly stated "breakfast included". Only after a manager got involved I received the vouchers. Had a faulty hairdryer in the room and when I asked for a new one, waited with wet hair for half an hour and received one that only blows cold air. Found someone's razor cover on the bathtub's edge, which makes me think the bathroom wasn't cleaned. Room was really dusty overall. At check out they told me they cannot print a receipt of my stay and that I have to go through Booking; when I checked on Booking it turned out the exact opposite. Overall a frustrating experience.
