Great stay- just
Pros:

Spacious clean and comfortable

Cons:

Electronics- room key and elevator issues with the card. Ran out of TP and had to call the front desk at 4am

It was ok but we are not sure that we will go back.
Pros:

convience of restaurant in hotel and the hotel location.

Cons:

We purchased room with breakfast and the receptionist gave us a hard time about it. We literally were told to call the hotel's 800 number and after a half hour I showed her our purchase confirmation email to prove that we paid for it. Then during the evening there was a crying baby al night long. When we mentioned this at check out, no-one cared.

I really enjoyed the stay and the bonus, of course were the department stores on site.
Pros:

Excellent property. Very, very impressed with the cleanliness. The food in the restaurant was absolutely amazing. Our server Antonio was spectacular. Professional yet personable.
