Home from home
Pros:

This was my second stay at this hotel, and I absolutely loved it. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and everything was spotless and beautifully maintained. I ordered room service — the steak and sides were perfect. A cute little dog even came by to say hello. The stunning rooftop terrace was closed due to rain, but there were plenty of other cozy sofas and chairs to relax on.

Feel like home
Pros:

Located centrally in Rosebank and not too far from the mall, a walk to the mall along the main road is very busy though but the streets around the hotel are leafy and lovely. The staff was really nice, from Austin at the gate through to the all the staff, really feels like home. Rooftop is also nice on a sunny day.

Cons:

Only thing is the smell of oil from the kitchen that can permeate the rooms but other than that the food is really nice.

Für Johannesburg vermutlich eines der schönsten Hotels

Cons:

Wir haben angegeben, dass wir nicht als Paar reisen, und haben trotzdem nur eine gemeinsame Decke bekommen. Nach Rücksprache haben wir eine zusätzliche Stoffdecke und nicht eine normale Bettdecke bekommen. Vor Beginn wurden jede menge Fragen gestellt, obwohl die offensichtlich nicht berücksichtigt wurden.

Das Hotel ist sehr stilvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Personal ist außergewöhnlich nett.
Das Essen war hervorragend! Sehr moderne und frische Küche. Die 2 “Hotel-Hunde” sind so süß.

Nice hotel in a great location.
Pros:

The hotel is in a very safe area about 40 minutes from the airport. There is a large mall with many excellent restaurants about a 5-minute UBER drive from the hotel. The wifi was good. The breakfast was very good with fruit, pastries, yogurt, omelets and eggs to order and excellent cappuccino. Service was excellent. It was our anniversary so I ordered their “Romantic Turndown Bliss” room decoration. They did an amazing job of decorating the room.

Cons:

The tv did not work. The a/c did not cool down the room. There was no phone in the room. There were no shelves or counter space in the bathroom to put items.
