Cons:

Hotel blokuje vstup do jednoho bazénu "adults only", kde nikdo není a u ostatních bazénu je narváno.
Nedostatečná kapacita lehátek a restaurací. U 5hvězdičkového resortu neočekávám, že budu stát na vše ve frontách a nemít si kde lehnout u bazénu.

Pobyt się udał , hotel bardzo ładny i czysty , mogłoby być tylko lepsze jedzenie

Ładny , duży teren , czystość , ładne pokoje , prezenty typu etui na okulary , ekspres z kapsułkami , woda butelkowana , grill z przekąskami

Cons:

Mało różnorodne śniadania , jedzenie mogłoby być lepsze , czasami mięso podeszwa , mały wybór . Mam porównanie z innymi hotelami bo często podróżuje

Good hotel, would consider going again, maybe not immediate

Property gardens, music by the pool, entertainment, bar drink options, room layout, air conditioning, availability of sun beds, kids facilities, breakfast options, medical facility, air conditioning, felt very safe

Cons:

Pools could be cleaned more often, pathway surfaces not best choice, not all staff speak English and got drinks or questions wrong and a bit frustrating, dinner and lunch options could be more distinguished, the bed was way too hard and caused all back issues

Pros:

A cozinha orientada pelo chefe João Silva fez a nossa experiência tornar-se única e sentirmo-nos com tratamento especial.
Fomos uma semana de férias com uma família de 10 pessoas. Adoramos o facto de ter uma piscina para adultos e além do buffet de comida, três restaurantes temáticos para o jantar, que reservamos no início da estadia (um italiano, rodízio brasileiro e outro mais rústico com carne grelhada de ótima qualidade).
Tem um caminho por onde podemos ir para a praia a pé e tem ainda um comboio que nos transporta para a praia e ainda podemos apreciar Alvor numa curta viagem.
Experiência a repetir!

Boa estrutura, localização. Quarto limpo, espaçoso e com privacidade. Comida com qualidade.
Staff simpático.
Globalmente, muito bom. A repetir.

Cons:

O restaurante tematico fico a quem das expectativas.
A janela de correr que dá acesso a varanda poderia ter uma rede mosquiteira para permitiria te la aberta aem preocupação por estes convidados.

Pros:

Gostei da simpatia e disponibilidade dos funcionários. A localização também era boa e o acesso à praia também.

Cons:

Não gostei do buffet, pouca variedade de comida, faltava constantemente loiça e mesas para sentar. Os quartos eram muito pequenos. Tinha muita gente hospedada no hotel para a capacidade de resposta.

Stayed here for a night to attend Afro Nation Festival. Very good location. Decent property.
Pros:

Great location, very convenient.

Cons:

The food wasn’t the best. Also I was told by the staff that I would get a reservation at one of the restaurants on the property for my birthday but they never arranged it. The bed was kind of hard.
