Staff was nice and helpful
We had no hot water the day of check in and no hot water the day of leaving0
I have never stayed at this property before. First thoughts, was the hotel is dated, but they have made the interior nicely updated with a modern/mid century decor. I stayed in Room 525 (12th & 13th) and thought it was a really nice room. Wife loved the bathroom, the size and especially the double sinks. You can make the room very dark, for a great night sleep and being so dark it’s easy to sleep in. My only complaint was you are given only 2 wash clothes, 2 hand towels and only 2 bath towel. Make a minimum of 4 each. Wife doesn’t like staff in room. When I step out of shower after dried off I like to use the towel on the floor to be in front of the mirror and I’m able to stand on the towel. Now our 2 towels are used up. On the morning of Feb 13th, I had received some not so great news. But there was a young lady, Kesha, at the breakfast bar that can turn any frown into a grin. Sleeping more with Marriott than my wife, you would be surprise how many hotels have unhappy people working for them. Unfortunately, some have incredibly people and sadly do know it, realize it and/or show appreciation. Please share to the following people Kesha (breakfast bar), Dan (bartender) and Alayna (front desk). It’s these 3 people are the reason I would return to this property and recommend to fellow colleagues. With a staff like them you will have a great year.
Best regards,
Scott Tobin

The staff that checked us is and around facility was welcoming and accommodating.
Breakfast was complimentary so that was nice & we had use of the pool. The location was great and close to where we needed to be the next morning
The bed and pillows were awful and should probably be replaced. There were children running through the halls at midnight. Someone also had a dog which was barking.
I’d like to give a review around my stay at the Valley Forge Sheridan. Everything was top-notch and want to make sure that I also mentioned that the staff was exemplary specifically Keisha at the café. She’s one of the hardest workers that I’ve seen and I just wanted to let the entire organization know that how excellent she is and the rest of the staff.
Pool . The beauty of the building ! The staff at the desk
Headboard needs an update
El espacio en la habitación la comodidad de la cama
Que no tenía microondas y el agua para bañarme no era muy caliente estaba casi fria
Excellent breakfast choices; I just like a simple breakfast, two eggs scrambled with multi-grain toast, but you had a choice of potatoes and bacon (which looked good and crispy). My wife just had a scone that was very good and she carried some of it off for our drive.
Very quiet room!
Paying for wifi. Who charges for wifi anymore?
We stayed a year ago and loved the location and hotel. This stay was shockingly a completely different experience and it was disgusting.
We’ve stayed here before but this time the room was filthy. The walls, light switches, doors, siding, locks, smoke alarm, seating, every piece of furniture, rug, light fixtures, and bathroom were filthy.
In addition to layered dust and dirt, the room was covered with stains, sticky and stained residue on surface and beneath of any glass toppers, including the desk, tv console, side table, headboard, bedside table, sink countertop, and top of toilet. All of which I was forced to cleaned myself at 10:30pm upon our arrival. The check in woman was curt and discussing bring ready to leave, which so empathized with and didn’t bother the front desk after seeing how dirty the room was to our surprise. However, I had notified the hotel myself 12hrs+ in advance. We were shocked to arrive to find such dirty conditions, especially arriving much later than the typical check in time (ie.plenty of time allotted for proper cleaning). The A/C system was broken and the room was terribly hot. The thermostat indicated there was low batteries and at least 3 pillows on each bed were tossed on the ground being so dirty. The the bathroom towels were also visible unclean. Each had a dingy yellowing, stained surface and smelled terrible. The shower curtain was too short and looked like it was missing the inside catch all, so the water blew all over everything in the bathroom. We had towels to clean up the dirty surfaces to place our belongings on AND the flood of water that uncontrollable blew everywhere. It was so late before we had to get up at 7am to leave by 7:45. We left and did not speak to anyone. Honestly, there wasn’t much time to report anything and what could be done at 11pm and we had to rest for an early long day ahead.
