Double payment, no one is helping. Do not recommend at all. Do not stay here.
Cons:

Its an awful hotel. I had my booking through booking.com and have paid in full at the time of reservation. The hotel have charged my credit card for the full price once again after checkout. And talking to the hotel they say that they have issues with booking.com, and charged me instead. Ao the customer pays double and this is a solution for the hotel. I do not recommend this place at all. Do not stay at this place.

I believe his name was Harry he sent you for the dinner tables in the young lady at the bar was excellent

Pros:

My guys and I booked a last min room for New Year's Eve, and everything was amazing . We had the perfect view and didn't have to leave the room to see moon pie drop. They staff was amazing, the rooms were clean, it was perfect .

Not a choice for me in the future
Pros:

Dark, old, dirty. My room and bathroom were dirty upon check in and the days after.
Bed was comfortable but linen and towels were old
Carpet was dirty and in general the room furniture was old

Cons:

Dark in general, colors, decoration and furniture looked old fashioned and lack of cleaning and maintenance.
Service was good and efficient at check in and valet parking.

Pros:

Location, staff, especially the sweet, cordial staff in restaurant. So fun to talk with and made our meal experience very enjoyable. Food was excellent. Room was clean and staff very accommodating to every need.

Cons:

Wish the Market place offered more options in things they carry. Like items you might have forgotten to bring. My husband needed some antacids but they didn't carry anything like that. Just a suggestion. I forgot body lotion..etc.
