After experiencing a difficult night and a challenging start to my morning, I approached the front desk where I was assisted by Oosha. From the moment she greeted me, her kindness and professionalism were immediately evident. She listened carefully to my concerns, treated me with respect, and made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. She addressed my maintenance and housekeeping issue promptly and ensured it was resolved completely and to my satisfaction.

As a former hotel manager with over 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I know firsthand what exceptional guest service looks like. Oosha exemplifies the very best qualities hospitality professionals should have—attentiveness, empathy, professionalism, and a sincere desire to make guests feel cared for. She not only resolved my issue efficiently, but she also offered a genuine apology for the inconvenience I had experienced, which demonstrated true ownership and professionalism.

What truly set her apart was her willingness to go beyond simply solving the problem. She thoughtfully suggested that I take advantage of the hotel’s indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna area to relax after a stressful day.
