Pros:

Location, Location....very close to the Battery and Truist park. Super quiet rooms.

Cons:

Pillows, not comfortable at all. May be personal preference though. Everything else was spot on.

It’s a nice building and liked the bay windows

Cons:

The property is in need of a major upgrade. The rooms and furniture are very outdated, with old lamps that barely function, worn carpets, and an old bathroom with a dated bathtub. The amenities were also disappointing for a 4-star hotel — only a couple of small toiletries were provided, Wi-Fi was charged separately, only one small bottle of water was included, and the minibar fridge was completely empty.

The staff was unwelcoming, and the restaurant experience was very poor, with bad service and low-quality food. Both bars were closed during the stay, and the breakfast selection was basic and underwhelming. Overall, this hotel does not meet the standards expected from a 4-star property.

Excellent Hotel
Pros:

The staff was very nice and helpful. Room was very nice and beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic. I would definitely stay again and would recommend it to anyone.
