Pros:

Checked me out a day early with no explanation, and I received the worst customer service about it. The walls are also paper-thin, and you can hear everything. The bar staff is amazing, but their overnight guy can kick rocks.

The ice bucket was dirty so we couldn't enjoy beverages. Plus the air conditioner was on 64 when we arrived and the heat wouldn't come on. Took 2 calls and 2 hours for maintenance. Bed not comfortable. Mattress hard.

We had the best time
Pros:

I would like to tell you that I was with my daughter-in-law and 4 year old grandson. We got to our first room on the 5th floor and we could barely see the planes. I called down to the desk to see if we could get a room further down so my grandson could see the planes taking off. The lady who I spoke with was FABULOUS and switched us rooms so he could see them. It was the best thing ever and my grandson was soooo excited. I so appreciate her being so friendly and so accommodating it made our day especially my grandsons. I wished I would have gotten her name cause she was just great. We had the best time and definitely would stay there again.

Cons:

Breakfast that would be included in stay.
