The hotel on the outside and maintenance was very clean. The bar and dining area is lovely.and the front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating.
My hotel room was very dusty when I walked in the room. And it smelled like someone had been smoking cigarettes inside. I was about to sit on the bed when I noticed even the sheets had dust so much it was visible to the eye. So I asked for them to be changed by the housekeeper that was working on my floor at the time. Which was the 9th floor room 915. The housekeeper decided to but a clean sheet on top of it and then gave me the rest of the sheets to put on myself. She was extremely unprofessional. However ms Delores from management came and made the bed up but she never took the old sheets off either. I stressed all night. About the possibility of how long those sheets were on there and why they could just change the sheets or give me a different room. This was my second time staying at the hotel because I travel to St. Louis once a month to do hair. So I do know that sometimes it’s very clean. However,I’m not sure what was going on this time around.

I got charged by booking.com and then got charged another $492 from the motel so wasn’t worth it at all
