I didn’t like the cleanliness, especially overall

Not having an egg flip in the room for cooking

No tv reception unless you like only channel 9 and both bedroom tvs had no channels 😡

After a 10-hour drive, we arrived and found that our allocated car park was allocated to another visitor. We contacted ANACAPRI customer service, who advised us to park elsewhere on the road. After the fourth phone call, an after-hours management team member was finally sent out and resolved the car parking issue and We spent one and half hours in the car park it was 8pm.
Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience. When we entered the apartment, there was an unpleasant smell throughout. We found mouldy bathrooms, dirty curtains, stain marks, an uncleaned couch, dusty doors, and rusty bins. The balcony door locks were broken, and power plug were pulled out of the wall, which raised safety concerns.

Given the condition of the apartment, we could not stay there with our children and had to vacate immediately. This was extremely disappointing and not what we expected

I understand it was peak tourist season, but we paid a lot for our stay. Limits how long one can be in QLD for when the bulk of savings is spent on accommodation.

The car and motorbike noise from the road was noticeable. It did reduce as the night wore on. There was construction work adjacent the hotel that started early on a week day

Only provided with half a roll of toilet paper. Beds were extremely well used. No tea or coffee provided. Requested roll out bed on initial booking, was not in room on check in (11pm). When it was provided, mattress was sunken and springs sticking out. No air conditioning in the bedroom. Air con in the lounge barely worked.

The unit was not cleaned upon our arrival.
There was grease on a tray in the oven.
The toilet was dirty in both bathrooms.
The floors had not been vacuumed.
The unit had a cracked shower screen in main bathroom.
The basin in the ensuite was cracked.
The light did not work in the walk in robe.
The ensuite bathroom has a whole in the tiles near the floor as if a pipe has been pulled out.
The washer and dryer had to be cleaned before use as they stank.
The screens in the lounge room were not block out screens. We stayed there the last week of August and the unit was an oven to come back to at the end of the day.
Upon arrival the aerial to the tv was on the floor. When we connected it to tv we found it loose and tv static.
The manager was not there until 5pm as stated Monday or Tuesday so we could not see him until Wednesday morning when we could complain and show him photos .He did offer to get the cleaner to come but by then we had cleaned bathrooms and floors.
He did bring up tea, sugar and coffee satchels as there were none on arrival. No milk provided.
My sister and husband arrived from Greece to QLD for their 50th wedding anniversary.
It was a Hugh disappointment for all of us when we saw the unit. I was embarrassed to have them stay there with me.
The unit 56 was a disgrace.

Cleanliness wasn't great ,pillow was bad and blanket was smelling and very old and bed sheet has marked .

They are money makers, the apartment was not ready at check in. Not clean facilities. And they demand a bond for check in which they withhold for no apparent reason or explanation

Cleanliness was poor , floor was disgusting, showers had to ask to be cleaned.for a self contained unit the stove was hard to use , oven was dirty , I purchased a toaster to leave at the apartment.

Everything else. Broken bed, broken shower, very unclean and grubby with a bad odour. Stains on carpets and doors somehow, pillows were old and stained. It felt like the place hadn't been cleaned. Needs a serious upgrade of facilities. Strip the place and start over. Way too expensive for what you get.
