Anacapri Holiday Resort Apartments

My mum’s blanket had something that looked like poo on it . There was no tea of coffee or sugar , we had 2 shampoo bottles in bathroom and no conditioner . There was dirt and toys under sofa , the beds were stained and because the bottom sheet wasn’t a fitted sheet it kept unticking and coming off to reveal how gross it looked . Then my mum went into the walk in wardrobe to get dressed. She closed the door and the door knob was broken and she couldn’t get out . I was out the front with the kids so we couldn’t hear her calling out for help untill she frantically banged the door and walls and had a full blown panic attack . I was luckily able to open from the outside and got to her just before passing out

Unfortunately this property was a huge let down not only did I receive a room that was not pictured in any of the displayed pictures, it was absolutely filthy, run down and we would never book this property again. There were marks and chips out of all the walls, the bed was missing a leg, the couch was covered in stains as well as the blinds. There was minimal utensils and a sign above the sink stated there would be a $25 fee for any dishes left in the sink but had zero cleaning products to clean said dishes. The shower and toilet facilities were mouldy and extremely dirty. The only thing in the kitchen was a bowl that had McDonald’s ketchup in it.. seriously terrible apartment that needs a lot of maintenance. The receptionist was the one who came up and cleaned the bathroom after a complaint was made. Positioning was close to Cavil but very very noisy at night. Wouldn’t recommend staying here.

townhouse有些设备比较老，已经不好用了。窗户隔音效果比较差门口有高高的台阶，轮椅和腿脚不方便的人进出不便。另外住所旁边有一个工地，施工起来相对比较吵。主楼单元里垃圾桶不大好了，还有生锈。

Air conditioning only in the living room.
Low roof.
Bad shower (very low roof and low water pressure).
No toilet paper.
Only one towel for 4 days. (no face/hand towel).
There is not actual gym as described. (only 4 equipment on a basement level - low roof too)

Not having an egg flip in the room for cooking

I didn’t like the cleanliness, especially overall

No tv reception unless you like only channel 9 and both bedroom tvs had no channels 😡

After a 10-hour drive, we arrived and found that our allocated car park was allocated to another visitor. We contacted ANACAPRI customer service, who advised us to park elsewhere on the road. After the fourth phone call, an after-hours management team member was finally sent out and resolved the car parking issue and We spent one and half hours in the car park it was 8pm.
Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience. When we entered the apartment, there was an unpleasant smell throughout. We found mouldy bathrooms, dirty curtains, stain marks, an uncleaned couch, dusty doors, and rusty bins. The balcony door locks were broken, and power plug were pulled out of the wall, which raised safety concerns.

Given the condition of the apartment, we could not stay there with our children and had to vacate immediately. This was extremely disappointing and not what we expected

I understand it was peak tourist season, but we paid a lot for our stay. Limits how long one can be in QLD for when the bulk of savings is spent on accommodation.

The car and motorbike noise from the road was noticeable. It did reduce as the night wore on. There was construction work adjacent the hotel that started early on a week day

They are money makers, the apartment was not ready at check in. Not clean facilities. And they demand a bond for check in which they withhold for no apparent reason or explanation
