Sehr zentrale Lage, gut mit ÖPNV zu erreichen und zu verlassen. Zwar an der Grenze zu Tenderloin, d.h. man sieht schon recht viele Obdachlose, Drogenabhängige in der westlichen Umgebung des Hotels, aber dazu muss man schon einige wenige Schritte das Hotel in diese Richtung verlassen.
Geschäfte und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Union Square in Laufentfernung.
Hotel strahlt ein gewisses historisches Flair aus.
Für San Francisco sicherlich recht preisgünstige Unterkunft.
Kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Microwelle, Tee/Kaffee (nur früh) in der relativ großen Lobby im EG verfügbar/möglich.

Pros:

Destacar la limpieza y que hacía tiempo que no estábamos en un hotel con unas colchones y almohadas tan cómodas.
Personal amable
Recepción y zonas comunes muy agradables.
Tenías agua con limón a la entrada de manera gratuita y también café por las mañanas. En la habitación cafetera con café y tés.
Muy cerca de la estación de metro y paradas bus.

Cons:

Nos tocó una habitación con ruido exterior de algún aparato extractor. Tuve que dormir con tapones.

A convenient and comfortable hotel for a short stay in downtown San Francisco.
Pros:

The hotel is conveniently located near Union Square, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and public transportation. The staff was friendly, and the room was clean and the bed is so comfortable.

The elevator was a bit small and slow, which was slightly inconvenient. Other than that, everything was great, and I had a pleasant stay.

Pros:

ユニオンスクエアやパウエル駅に近く、どこに行くにも便利だった。
冷房がないため窓が開く造りになっており、爽やかな風が入って心地良かった。

Cons:

滞在中4日滞在中の2日はエレベーターが故障しており、8階の私は昇り降りに大変な思いをした。また、以前に宿泊された方々の評価を読んで、コンチネンタルブレックファーストがあるものと思っていたが、なくなっていたようで残念。

Would have felt more worth it if the elevator worked and we had a fridge.
Pros:

The location of the hotel was great. Close enough to downtown. Very close to the Nintendo store which I didnt realise when booking, but was a pleasant surprise.

Cons:

The rooms were decent but did not have a refrigerator which would have been nice, so there was no where to store food. The evelators were also no lt working during our stay, and the stair cases are extremely narrow, making it very difficult to carry luggage up the stairs especially when other people are trying to come down the stairs.

Pros:

Alle waren sehr nett und bemüht. Das Bett war sehr gemütlich. Der Eingangsbereich war sehr schön ausgestattet.

Cons:

Der grauslige Teppich überall und vor allem im Zimmer. Der sollte weg! Gegen Laminat austauschen. Und das es nach 4 Tagen am morgen auf einmal keine Croissants mehr gab, was in der Beschreibung im Preis enthalten war. Man bekam nur noch Kaffee. Meine Kollegin hatte ein neues Fenster. Ich hatte ein uraltes Fenster in meinem Zimmer. Ich brauche immer frische Luft, wenn ich das Fenster aufschieben wollte musste ich aufpassen das es nicht rausfiel.
