Pros:

Hotel itself is amazing but the food service is terrible.
For 3 mornings in a row I and people with me had to ask multiple times where our food was. 45 minute wait for scrambled eggs and not very busy.
Same with dinner. Had to ask where a pizza was

Je n'ai pas de mots pour décrire l'arnaque et la publicité mensongère de cet hôtel.
Il fait partie d’un gros resort, et contrairement a ce qui est dit sur la page, nous n’avons acces a aucun service! Pas de piscine, pas de salle de sport, tennis... L’hotel n’a pas d’accueil, de reception, les chambres sont petites et tres simples, bien que tres propres.
La responsable de réception est d'une hypocrisie et d’une mauvaise foi sans nom quand je lui montrais ce qui avait été promis sur la page de l’hotel comparé a ce que nous avions reellement. Aucun geste commercial n’a été fait, aucune excuse. Leur pratique commerciale est totalement honteuse et c’est scandaleux de la part d’hotel.com de continuer a promouvoir ce genre d’endroit malgré toutes les plaintes reçues.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön, das Frühstücksbuffet der Hammer. Alles in Allem etwas teuer, aber mal eine Erfahrung wert. Wir waren zufrieden.

Achtung: Alpine SPA kostet 260.- p.P. extra für 4h
Pros:

Auf den Bildern bei den Hotels.com Angeboten werden Pool-Bilder gezeigt. Nach der Buchung heisst es auf der Bestätigung, dass für das alpine SPA 100.- pro Person Aufpreis verlangt werden. In Wirklichkeit wurde uns an der Reception mitgeteilt, dass der Eintritt für 4 Stunden pro Person HF 260.- kostet. Wir waren enttäuscht von den Fehlinformationen. Ich habe auch beim Online Check-in angegeben, dass ich meinen Geburtstag feiere, jedoch habe ich beim ganzen Aufenthalt nichts davon gemerkt, dass das Hotel das irgendwie registrierte. Wozu wird denn diese Position (Special Occasion) überhaupt von den Gästen abgefragt? Zimmer und Frühstück waren in Ordnung, Nachtessen im Waldhaus mässig.

One suggestion would be to have a more casual eatery and a place for grab and go food.

This shouldn’t be hotelli because our room were moro like hostel, no reception, no phone, nothing.. then we saw cockroachs. So not so good excperience.
