The manager on duty at check-in went above and beyond to ensure we had a room which met our needs. The staff were amazing! Beautiful Francesca who greeted us daily in reception and Samir in the breakfast room! The room was well appointed and kept quite cool, even during the London heatwave! Perfect for a conference at Olympia.

Die Infrastruktur ist etwas herunter gekommen. Receptionisten sprechen schlechtes Englisch und haben beim Check-In mehrfach auf eine E-Mail-Adresse (zu Werbezwecken) beharrt, obwohl Booking bereits alle Kontaktangaben hat.
