Disappointing for a Hilton hotel
Pros:

Staff were very friendly

Cons:

Very outdated, needs a refurb.
Room was ok but sockets and Tv did not work.
Carpet had clearly not been hoovered as long black hairs could be seen.
When we arrived and entered our room a staff member was sitting on the chair on his phone and quickly made his excuses and left.

Overall it was good
Pros:

The room was very comfortable and clean with lots of storage. The staff were very friendly.

Cons:

The advertised refrigerator in room was actually a chiller that did not chill anything. Had to use an expensive vending machine to have cold water during the stay. I was able to hear guests in the room beside me and a lot of noise coming in from the street outside.

Für Londoner Verhältnisse ein gutes Hotel für den Preis.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels und die Angestellten waren sehr gut. Das Zimmer war mit allem wichtigen ausgestattet. Die Auswahl im Frühstücksraum war gut. Vom Hotel aus ist man schnell an allen wichtigen Orten in der Stadt.

Cons:

Leider hatte das Zimmer ein Bad mit Wanne, und nur eine geringe Deckenhöhe, so dass Personen mit ca. 190 cm da ein Problem beim Duschen haben. Das Restaurant hat beim Frühstück leider nur wenig Plätze, daher war es recht eng am Platz, und auch sehr laut. Am Buffet war es auch sehr eng, und beim Brot schneiden bekam man recht warme Arme, die Toaster waren viel zu nah aufgestellt. Der Cappuccino war nur mittelmäßig warm, und hat nicht sonderlich geschmeckt. Die Spiegeleier waren auch selten warm, da ist noch Bedarf!

Good stay for a night or two in London close to things!
Pros:

Close to Kensington high street and tube stations etc.
Comfy beds
Friendly reception staff
Clean room

Cons:

In the bedroom there wasn’t a ‘main’ light we had to use multiple different lamps ( one in corner of room, desk lamp etc)
Could do with a freshion up to make it a tad more modern
