We had a great stay at the Renaissance Denver, but what really stood out was Serena, the bar hostess. She was warm, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome every time we stopped by. She remembered our preferences, checked in at just the right times, and kept everything running smoothly without ever making it feel rushed.
It’s clear she takes pride in her work, and that kind of hospitality makes a real difference. Corporate should know how lucky they are to have her representing the hotel.

Dax runs the breakfast in the club lounge. He was very kind and helpful. It was clean and well stocked. He went above and beyond and was especially hospitable and kind to our three children. Thank you for a great experience.
We were in the 10th floor breakfast lounge and had Dax as our server. He was kind, generous, and gave us phenomenal service. He was washing dishes, cooking food and serving…great hustle. Thanks Dax!

Staff
The rooms needed much maintenance
Our room was spacious with a balcony. Clean hotel.
1. The front desk staff wasn’t trained fully. When I asked how much they were going to charge my card, she told me just a deposit of $50. Immediately after, I received a text from my credit card company saying they charged $230. Had I known initially that it was going to charge the hotel fees at the same time as the deposit, I would’ve used a different card. I let her know. She replied I can reverse the charge and it would go back to your card immediately. What she doesn’t realize is this was on a Friday night and the bank can take 7-10 days to return the funds to the card. Using another card and refunding that card would have locked up funds from both cards for about a week. She should have verified she was only charging $50 prior to charging my card $230. That’s a big difference.
2. I had room key issues my full stay. One card issued didn’t work. Second day, both cards didn’t work.
3. The indoor pool room gets very loud and hot. Poor ventilation.
4. The housekeepers didn’t clean our room. I had to go ask for additional towels because our room was missed.
