The location a little unsafe
I was surprised when I walked through the doors modern warm and very comfortable atmosphere checked in to helpful and friendly staff. Loved the bar and restaurant in the center of the hotel good food by the way. And the room was nice clean and comfortable
The parking wasn’t the best and the location. And the bar/restaurant staff weren’t professional but I guess it wasn’t a good day for them
I love how clean the hotel is and front desk are very friendly.
The service at the restaurant they are not present need to be trained properly.

Staff is very kind and friendly! Stayed in the club level, they have breakfast and snacks available for no cost. The room was very clean but a little run down. Still very much enjoyed our stay
Area is in an industrial area, there are a lot of homeless and the surrounding streets are a little dirty.
Food at lunch was perfect. My server Pranjali was very pleasant with just the right amount of attentiveness. Will definitely continue to dine here during my stay at the Renaissance Denver Hotel.
We had a great stay! The room was nice and comfortable, and every staff member we interacted with was friendly and welcoming.
I especially want to give a huge shoutout to Jonathan Abbott!! Not only was he extremely kind and personable at checkout, but he also went above and beyond post checkout on what could have been a huge setback in our travel day. After we checked out, our rental car wouldn’t start, and he immediately offered to help — he went out of his way, jump starting our car with a few different kits until we were up and running.
Travel days can be stressful enough, and his kindness and willingness to help turned what could have been a really frustrating situation into a minor bump in the road. It’s rare to come across people who genuinely care that much, and Jonathan absolutely does.
Thank you, Jonathan, for going above and beyond. You the man!

Liked the how clean the room was. Some staff were very nice.
Prepaid with booking and the hotel changed my card two more times. Then when we made it aware of the changes they said they couldn't do anything and we needed to get ahold of our bank.. and they only started helping make it go quicker once my spouse went down and got upset and as a female that was horrible so they upgraded our room but only gave us a king size bed when we originally book 2 queens as we had 2 kids with us... we finally got the money back this last friday cuz our bank denied the other 2 charges.

Nach einem Tag außer Haus war unsere Zimmertür offen. Auf Nachfrage und Beschwerde an der Rezeption wurde sich entschuldigt, es auf das Housekeeping geschoben und dann passierte: nichts! Wie empfanden das als die größtmögliche Katastrophe. Und die Reaktion darauf war völligst daneben.
