Clean comfortable but way too busy. Not enough staff in restaurant. Kids running around everywhere.
Pros:

The breakfast and the beds.

Cons:

The restaurant service, the portion size of the artichoke dip. It was extremely busy. Unable to use pool.

The hotel was under construction. No signage to show you where the restaurant was located. The food was very bad and my breakfast was worse. So many issues it's hard to list them all, just a general disappointment.

Lovely staff and a great housekeeper
Pros:

Comfortable beds, nice pillows, nice shower. Great restaurant and staff. The view was lovely

Comfy rooms and a fun hotel
Pros:

We had a lovely stay at the Renaissance hotel on Quebec. The room was comfy and the views were nice from the 6th floor. The hotel is close to light rail and easy to get to from the airport. Our barista, Pranjali made us feel welcome and helped us start the mornings right with delicious hot coffee. It’s a fun hotel and I’d love to stay here again!

Ok as a transit hotel, but keep your stay to a minimum.
Pros:

Beds comfortable, nice breakfast, overall a peaceful environment.

Cons:

It’s dated with nice refit, but the shower is a bit ewww. The location is not in a very pleasant part of town not far from a refinery. The parking is an additional 21$ per day when the rooms are priced at a premium. The pool is closed

Fun staycation, loved the game room and staff!
Pros:

Beautiful hotel and the staff was all absolutely lovely. The gentleman at the bar was super friendly as well as Cleo who checked us in and then again in the morning the lovely woman Pranjali at the Starbucks was super friendly and fantastic! The game room was fun and everything worked, shower was very nice, beds comfortable and clean. I will absolutely stay again if I’m in the area they’re doing a great job here! 5/5 stay for sure
