Not great value for money especially since we were very unlucky with the noises outside of our room

Staff were kind and efficient at check in

Cons:

The room had a connecting room located just in front of the elevator. When the guests arrived home staying in the adjacent room I first thought they were entering our room, the noise was as if they were right next to us. They decided to stay up chatting until 03:30, loudly. The first guest who used the elevator at 06:00 am hung around waiting for it just outside of our door so again we were woken up. We slept around 3 hours because of the extremely poor sound insulation of the hotel. There were also some hairs in the bed and bathroom.

Mycket strul med betalning.
Pros:

Bra frukost• Välstädat. Tyst rum. Trevlig personal. Bra sängar-inte för hårda.

Cons:

Ventilationen fungerade inte första dygnet. Litet rum. Krångel vid betalning. Allt var förbetalt, skulle så betala skatt och frukost-då drog de också flera nätters betalning extra. De försökte reversera detta, men det gick förrän efter en vecka.

Pros:

Hotel elegante, molto pulito, camere ben insonorizzate, accoglienti e dotate di tutti i comfort. Noi avevamo una tripla e una suite. Colazione molto abbondante e buona. Personale molto attento, cordiale e premuroso. La posizione è ottimale non troppo lontana dal centro. Noi ci siamo sempre spostati e piedi. In circa 15/20 minuti si arriva alle principali attrazioni del centro storico. Rapporto qualità prezzo adeguato al servizio. Sicuramente sceglierei di nuovo questo hotel se dovessi tornare a Firenze.

Very clean room, comfortable and spacious. The lounge area is very pleasant. The staff is polite and friendly.

Cons:

Everything was quite good, but I think the fruit choice at the breakfast can definitely be improved with some fresh season fruit.

konumu güzeldi, kahvaltısı hoşumuza gitti. asansör hızı be sayısı gayet iyi bekleme olmuyordu. güvenlikli idi. kapalı otoparkı da güvenliydi, otopark gib değil ama belirli sayıda araç içine alabiliyor ve giriş çıkışlar kontrollü ve otel çalışanları yardımcı oluyordu

güvenlik nedeniyle pencereler kilitli ve isteyen açamıyor. dönem itibariyle de AÇ açılamadığı için ilk gece biraz sıcaktan rahatsız olduk. sonraki gün personelin yardımıyla havalandırma yapabildik.
