Pros:

A beautifully maintained hotel with exceptionally friendly and welcoming staff. The breakfast was delicious, varied, and offered a great selection. We had a wonderful stay and would gladly return.

We only stayed for one night because we were attending the My Chemical Romance concert at Visarno Hippodrome. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone going to an event there, as it's only a 15–20 minute walk from the venue.
The T1 tram stop is just a short walk from the hotel, making it very easy to get around the city without having to worry about transportation.

Pros:

Hotel ben posizionato vicino ippodromo. Il ristorante ha un ottima cucina,hanno avuto molta premura per me (sono un soggetto allergico ) stando attenti ai miei piatti.personale simpaticissimo. Colazione ottima.

Really good hotel with a great ataff

Great location and car parking, reception lady was a bit rude and not very accommodating
Pros:

good parking facilities beneath the hotel.

Cons:

The lady on reception was quite abrupt and wouldn't let us store our bikes in our rooms, she could have tried to smile and been a bit more accommodating. It felt like guests were a bit of an inconvenience to her day.
