konumu güzeldi, kahvaltısı hoşumuza gitti. asansör hızı be sayısı gayet iyi bekleme olmuyordu. güvenlikli idi. kapalı otoparkı da güvenliydi, otopark gib değil ama belirli sayıda araç içine alabiliyor ve giriş çıkışlar kontrollü ve otel çalışanları yardımcı oluyordu

Cons:

güvenlik nedeniyle pencereler kilitli ve isteyen açamıyor. dönem itibariyle de AÇ açılamadığı için ilk gece biraz sıcaktan rahatsız olduk. sonraki gün personelin yardımıyla havalandırma yapabildik.

Très bon séjour au Starhotels Michelangelo.

Le point fort de cet établissement est clairement la qualité du service : le personnel est professionnel, attentif et toujours disponible pour répondre aux besoins, ce qui rend le séjour très agréable.

La propreté est irréprochable, aussi bien dans les chambres que dans les espaces communs, ce qui est particulièrement appréciable.

Pros:

Die Lage es Hotels war direkt gegenüber der Oper; Straßenbahnhaltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Man brauchte in die Altstadt ungefähr 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Frühstück war sehr gut, aber wenn viele Gäste gleichzeitig beim Frühstück sind, hat das Personal Probleme...

Cons:

Wir haben die Garage, trotz Adresse, die wir vom Hotel erhalten haben, nicht gefunden, da jedes Haus in der Straße 2 Hausnummern hatte...
Wir haben daraufhin in der Operngarage geparkt.
