The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the train station. While checking in, the front desk was more concerned about selling - first, offering me a suite (and sounding ironic when I declined - ''it's very big!'') rather than gauging the guest's needs - why would a solo traveller for a very short stay need a suite? The technical glithes to the front door persisted and I had to go down at least twice to get it sorted. Instead of a simple apology, I got a condescending, ''did you insert the card with the chip facing up''? When I asked for info about train and transport services, again, it was unhlepful and was told to ''check online''. May I know, why did the hotel advertise for its ''concierge'' services then?! The last straw - I asked for creamer which they did not bother to replenish, considering I stayed two nights - it took 5 phone calls and a 45 minute wait, again, with zero apologies but with lots of insolence.

Very good hotel in a central location albeit the surrounding area is a bit rough.
Interior is classic stylish Italian design. All dark colours and marble everywhere.
Breakfast buffet ok but playing loud Christmas tunes so loud that it made you shout to one another .
Great for a short pit stop in Milan

We enjoyed our stay here as it is super convenient and is just a short walk from Milan Centrale. Most tourist attractions in Milan are all 10-15 minutes by train which made it easy for us to explore the city with our short time here. We also would like to commend the service at the buffet breakfast! They were all friendly and hospitable, especially Melissa who made the whole dining experience so welcoming. She was very friendly and initiative which really left a better experience with this hotel.

Excellent hotel. Close to the center within a short walk, excellent service, clean, reasonable breakfast. The staff makes an effort to meet every request, comfortable and well-equipped gym, pleasant bar for the evening, we feel safe and environmentally friendly. I have visited it quite a few times and will definitely continue to return.

Clean and easy access

The location was great - a two minute walk from the high speed train station. The staff was great checking us in and three room was great - well appointed. We were upgraded from a Junior Suite to a Suite as we were celebrating a special anniversary. We were taken care of immediately when we needed taxis etc. Very impressive.

The mark off is for the television in the living room not working and their techs being unable to remedy this.

They do deserve absolute thumbs up and accolades on their food - breakfasts and dinners. Even the pickiest eaters have great choices and will be pleased with there is.

However, my entire visit was topped off with my evening in the bar having a nice quiet dinner listening to incredible jazz music. Unlike the loud techno music playing the night before, this was relaxing and the selection of dinner options on the bar menu was perfect, delicious. But the real topper was the Bartender Jose.

He was the most professional, kind, sweet and engaging. A total gentleman. When I told him I spoke Spanish instead of Italian, we immediately had the best conversation about everything. He explained a lot about Italy and things that finally made sense. It was refreshing speaking to someone in my first/second language fluently and not struggling like I had been with so many who had been trying to speak broken English with us.

I hope they realize what an asset they have in Jose (from Peru) and his people skills. For this reason alone if we are ever back in Milan (which I plan on), he is the main reason I/we will be booking here again.

Regular good hotel

It is a great hotel situated right across from the Milan Central train station! For us being a family with kids it was super convenient. We walked right out of the station and were at the hotel in a 3 minutes walk! We ordered room service and it was good and arrived in a timely fashion. The Hotel and rooms were clean and safe. The staff were friendly and helpful!
Will definitely stay again!

This hotel was the perfect location for taking the train from Milano Centrale. It's a short walk and very manageable with luggage. The hotel has a nice spread at breakfast and in the evening, the bartender was very attentive.

Location is great!

This property was perfectly located close to the train station but was affordable and luxurious. This breakfast buffet was filled with many options, staff were accommodating and rooms were spacious and comfortable.
