Bell'hotel
Pros:

La struttura ha il parcheggio gratuito (secondo disponibilità). La zona non deve essere sicurissima da quello che ci hanno detto ma non abbiamo avuto nessun problema. Nessuna zona ZTL. Per noi la posizione era fondamentale per raggiungere la Visarno Area, per raggiungere il centro città servono 20 min di tram che è comunque un'opzione comoda in quanto la fermata è esattamente di fronte all'hotel. Camera molto bella, dimensioni adeguate, ottima pulizia e colazione molto buona (tranne il cappuccino)

Cons:

Migliorerei il check in, un po' confusionario e il personale non è adeguato ad una struttura di questo tipo. Fanno percepire i disaccordi interni, soprattutto le ragazze della colazione

Moltissime opzioni diverse e mai viste prima, tanta fornitura ed eccellente qualità per la colazione. Pulizia impeccabile.

Cons:

L'aria condizionata non si riusciva a impostare sopra i 22 gradi.

Comodidad fuera del centro de Florencia
Pros:

Es un hotel muy bien ubicado para el transporte particular como público, cuenta con servicio limitado de parqueadero pero al frente hay un parqueadero público muy grande a buen precio, muy recursivo, absolutamente insonorizado, buen desayuno, cerca del aeropuerto, buen desayuno.

Non conoscono le regole base della ospitalità
Pros:

Ristorante buono e lo staff ristorante molto gentile. Camera comoda e pulita

Cons:

Su Booking risulta parcheggio privato. Invece il parcheggio dell’Hotel era “fuori servizio”. Abbiamo dovuto lasciare la macchina posteggiata lungo una strada non bella. Viaggiavamo dalla Sicilia con molti bagagli. Lo staff dell’hotel non ci ha chiesto se avevamo bisogno di aiuto per scaricare la macchina. Non si e’ scusato. Non ha consentito a me di salire in camera fino a quando non è arrivato mio marito ( dopo avere sistemato la macchina lontano) che ha mostrato la carta di credito. Molto molto scortesi .

Pros:

一次非常满意的入住，酒店设施齐全卫生干净，服务人员很有礼貌，早餐丰富，停车场免费也很方便。酒店门扣就是轻轨车站，去百花大教堂很方便。
