Struttura moderna, ottima posizione nell'area di Novoli, buona colazione

Cons:

Scarsa manutenzione nel bagno della mia stanza: presa elettrica scrostata, plafoniera nel controofffitto parzialmente rotta (scopriva il vano tecnico nel controsoffitto stesso).
Palestra piccola ed aperta in orari scomodi (di fatto inutilizzabile al mattino).

Great, very well appointed room for a business trip or an overnight stay for fast access to airport.
Pros:

The hotel is close to the Florence Airport, which is why I booked this location. It is best for someone in Florence for business or looking to be able to access the Florence Airport easily. We were there for less than 12 hours and really only slept there before our departure from Florence. It is a nice residential area with a park, a large grocery store, and a few restaurants in the area. The room was very nice, although not large. They had a wonderful wardrobe mirror that had fold-outs from the wall that provided a three-sided view of yourseld which was an unexpected and nice feature.

Cons:

The room could have been a bit larger, but it was totally adequate.

Prima Lage an Tram zur Innenstadt mit inkludiertem Parkplatz
Pros:

Das moderne Hotel mit einem auf "Gediegen" getrimmten Stil überzeugt durch das faire Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, die gute Lage an einer Tram zur Innenstadt und den inkludierten Parkplatz. Das Frühstück war ok und der typische Mix aus Continental und italienischen Dolci, auf Nachfrage gibts auch den Kaffee aus der Siebträgermaschine.

Cons:

Die Flure und Zimmer haben hie und da schon etwas Patina, aber kein Problem. Sehr ärgerlich war dagegen die initial geforderte Gebühr für den Hund (40€ pro Aufenthalt, egel ob für eine Nacht oder eine Woche), diese konnte aber nachverhandelt werden.

Pros:

Dimensão do quarto e instalações muito bons

Cons:

No inverno apenas o aquecimento central esta ligado não permitindo a regulagem de temperatura do quarto, no inverno especialmente nos andares superiores fica muito quente e abrir a janela é a unica opção o que por sua vez deixa entrar muito o barulho externo.
