Good location, quality of the room.
Pros:

The room, location, and breakfast were perfect. I especially appreciated the female receptionist who helped me when I mentioned that the room was too cold, she kindly lent me an adapter and heater as well and was extremely friendly and helpful. The people I will remember most are the breakfast people and the female night receptionist, who were both wonderful.

Cons:

However, there was one uncomfortable moment. The staff member who brought the heater to my room he was frowning and leaned his head inside and glanced around the room while I was opening the door and bringing the heater in. The way he looked around made me feel a bit uncomfortable. Since I was staying alone, it made me feel uncomfortable and caught me off guard.

La habitación muy amplia, cómoda e impecable limpieza.
La atención del personal es excelente.
Nos facilitaron guardar el equipaje antes del check in y después del check out, sin cargo adicional.
La ubicación, frente a la estación de tren, nos facilitó sobremanera la movilidad, tanto en la llegada - salida, así como en los traslados hacia los lugares cercanos que visitamos.

tutto, soprattutto la colazione.

Cons:

Eravamo due a soggiornare nella stanza e abbiamo trovato solo un accappatoio e un paio di ciabatte monouso.

Best hotel we stayed in by far on our trip to Europe.
Pros:

Very convenient location right across the road from the train station but close enough to walk to the city centre. The breakfast was very good value and better than our cruise ship breakfast with quality and variety. The room was very clean and spacious and it seemed everything you would need was thought of and even a bathtub.
