Pros:

This hotel was excellent. The room was lovely, the bed incredibly comfortable, the water pressure in the shower was perfect, the staff was very helpful and the location, directly across from the train station, was very convenient.

I particularly appreciated the fact that if you didn't request housekeeping, many items in the minibar were provided free. A nice touch.

Great spot but lower your service expectations
Pros:

The location was good - north part of old town and next to the train station.

Cons:

Floor smelt like cigarette smoke every day, clean towels daily but no sheet change over 4 days, asked for ice in my room and was directed to bar that gave me a cup of ice?

房間很大且安靜，設備舒適，廁所光線充足，適合短暫停留。

Cons:

Exceptional hotel & location
Pros:

The location is just superior, right across the Bologna Main Station where you can catch a lot of bus connections and there are many things to do in the general area too. Room was very comfortable and quite spacious with all the necessities including a capsule coffee machine.

Andrea at the front desk was magnificent! He helped us with checking in and ensured that our room was perfectly prepared as we added an extra bed. Would recommend to others :)
