Very Spacious and Clean!
Pros:

Extremely well priced and very spacious. Very friendly check in process considering the language barrier. The parking lot was a bit hard to find but there was plenty of room.

Overall what you will notice the most is the sheer amount of room you have. It's well located so you can go visit a couple different spots in the area. I watching the sun set on Mt.Fuji on hirano beach which was awesome.

Cons:

The futon couch could have been more comfortable.

C'est bien
Pros:

C'était spacieux et agréable le parking est juste à côté de l'hôtel.

Cons:

Il y avait parfois des odeurs différentes quand on passait de la chambre au salon et aussi une différence de température, il y a un déshumidificateur dans la chambre qui fait beaucoup de bruit mais il vallait mieux ne pas l'éteindre. Mais dans l'ensemble c'est acceptable.

構造上仕方ないと思うが、カビ臭かった
天井に15cmくらいの蜘蛛がいた(降りてきた時に撃退した)

清潔感はない
Pros:

広さを考えるとコスパは良いと思った。清潔感さえあればよかった。

Cons:

洗面所に前の宿泊者の髪の毛が落ちていたり、テーブルになにか液体をこぼしたものが固まっていたり、布団にホコリがたくさんついていたり、清潔感は無かった。

Pros:

ロケーションは最高😄
山中湖まで歩いて1分で富士山がドカーンと見えます。お部屋はとても清潔感があり、棟毎に分かれておりプライバシーも安心でした。
朝食のパンもとても美味しかったです。今回は使用しなかったですが、バーベキュー設備もありミニキッチンもあるため自炊も可能。連泊する方には良いと思います。
スタッフの方々もとても親切で良かったです。次もリピートしたいと思います。(夏季)

Cons:

寝着があると思っていました。
今回はたまたま寒いと思ってパジャマを用意して行ったので良かったですが、パジャマは用意して行った方が良いかもです。

Spacious and comfortable with a great Fuji view and friendly service.
Pros:

The three-storey place was very spacious, and we could see Mount Fuji from the living room which was a highlight. Breakfast was delicious, the staff were friendly, and the beds were very comfortable.

Cons:

Being three storeys made it harder to carry bags up and down, especially with small steps, and the bedroom being on the lower level wasn’t ideal.

Pros:

三階建ての別荘みたいで、綺麗で、広くて部屋から富士山も見えます。屋内駐車場も止めやすいし、チャリやDVDもレンタルできます。ほかに、朝ご飯はパン、サラダ、コーヒーがあって、おいしかったです。
