The hotel area and family friendly. Staff are good. However. I accidentally left my apple AirPod Pro in our room. Contact the hotel, and the concierge said that they don’t have it. However my find my apps shows it is still in Milan.

Located within a few minutes walk to the Duomo, restaurants and the shopping centre Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II. This hotel is very clean and very welcoming. Extremely convenient location. Staff were kind and helpful. Room was spacious and showers were fantastic. Highly recommend.

Pros:

The best part was the location just a 2-minute walk to the Duomo Cathedral. However, the room itself was old, dirty, and outdated. You could smell the old carpet and notice unpleasant odors in both the room and the hallway. On the positive side, the room service was excellent, and they provided plenty of amenities.

We stayed here during our trip to Milan. The location was great close to everything and very convenient. Unfortunately, I didn’t enjoy the hotel itself. It felt dirty and overcrowded, which really took away from the experience.
