Pros:

Wir waren gestern für eine Nacht zu Gast in diesem schönen Hotel und haben einen unterhaltsamen und schönen Abend an der gemütlichen Hotelbar verbracht. Danke, Detlef 😉
Unser Zimmer im 5. Stock war sehr großzügig und sauber.
Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist echt mega.
Für unsere Rückreise in 2 Wochen haben wir gerade wieder dort gebucht.

Gutes Hotel für ein/zwei Nächte

Gute Lage, Zimmer mit Balkon, gute Matratzen, gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Bei 34 Grad am Anreisetag, war das Zimmer sehr aufgeheizt. Selbst durch öffnen der Balkontür am Abend war keine Besserung zu erzielen. Der Ventilator war viel zu schwach um eine angenehme Raumtemperatur zu erzielen.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, ging auf alle Belange super gut ein und half, wo es kleinere Probleme gab.
Das Frühstücksbuffet ließ keine Wünsche offen.
Wenn es uns einmal wieder nach Stuttgart treibt, checken wir gerne wieder dort ein 😜

Cons:

Für die außergewöhnlichen Temperaturen konnte keiner was. Im 1. Zimmer funktionierte das Außenrollo nicht und das Klimagerät war defekt. Aber es wurde schnell und unkompliziert eine Lösung gefunden.

Pros:

Superfreundliches Personal. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und hatte einen kleinen Balkon mit Tisch und Stühlen. Die Einrichtung war gemütlich und sauber.
Das Hotel hat eine hervorragende Lage. Schleyer-Halle, Wilhelma, Bahnhof, Neckarpark und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, usw. Sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Ansonsten ist eine U-Bahn Station direkt vor dem Haus.
Tolle Bar und sehr sympathischer Barmann! Wir hatten ein tolles WE. Top, gerne wieder!

Cons:

Leider gab es keine Klimaanlage und keinen Kühlschrank, was am heißesten WE des Jahres (knapp 40 Grad) schön gewesen wäre.

Kleinod in Cannstatt
Pros:

Das Hotel Spahr ist ein Schatz aus der Vergangenheit, der es geschafft hat, seinen Charme der 60er/70er unverschandelt in die Gegenwart zu retten. Spiegelwände, riesige Zimmer, mit Teppich überzogene Sitzgelegenheiten… Wie schön, dass es so etwas Individuelles noch gibt. Dazu kommt ein hervorragendes Frühstück und ein Barkeeper, der abends seine Gäste mit kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten (Piccolo und Nussschnäpschen aufs Haus) verwöhnt. Und direkt vor der Hoteltür die Stadtbahn-Haltestelle, von der aus man ohne Umsteigen in die City fahren kann. Gegenüber liegt der Uff-Kirchhof mit den Grabstellen von Gottlieb Daimler, Wilhelm Maybach und Ferdinand Freiligrath.

Cons:

Natürlich muss man bei so einem Hotel auch Abstriche machen: keine Klimaanlage, Zimmer ein bisschen dunkel

Zimmer war modern und gute aussicht

Cons:

Wir haben ein Zimmer mit Klimaanlage gebucht, bekamen aber nur einen Ventilator. Dann durften wir in ein anderes Zimmer mit Klimaanlage wechseln, aber diese war kaputt und funktionierte nicht. Dann wollten wir an die Bar gehen, um einen Drink zu bestellen. Dort sagte uns der 70-Jährige, dass er keine Drinks mixt, da er das nicht macht. Er gab mir nur Kukki heraus – und nach dem Kukki war mir kotzübel. Um 02:00 Uhr dachte ich mir dann: „Hoffentlich funktioniert wenigstens jetzt die Klimaanlage.“ Aber NEIN, es war 35 Grad in diesem Zimmer und ich konnte nicht schlafen! Somit ein sehr unzufriedener Aufenthalt.

Goed hotel en ontbijt voor deze prijs.
Pros:

Goed ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel. Verder goede parkeerplek onder het hotel (8 euro per nacht).
De schoonmaakster bood mij een handhoek aan om mijn gezicht mee af te vegen omdat het zo heet was.

Cons:

De kamer was te heet (er was geen airco, maar wel een ventilator). Hierdoor kon ik niet goed slapen.
