Ungewöhnliches Hotel aber empfehlenswert
Pros:

Die Preis-Leistung war sehr gut. Sauberkeit und das Frühstück sehr gut, mit freundlicher Mitarbeiterin.
Trotz alter Einrichtung alles in gutem Zustand. U Bahn direkt am Hotel.

Cons:

Mein DZ als EZ mit auseinander stehenden Betten sehr dunkel. TV weit entfernt vom Bett,daher zu kleiner Bildschirm.

Charmantes Hotel
Pros:

Sehr floral, das Zimmer erinnert an ein englisches Bed and Breakfast, etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber durchaus charmant. Es ist sehr groß, gemütlich und sogar mit Balkon. Tolles Frühstück, U-Bahn vor der Tür. Mit Badewanne. In der Nähe zum Konzert-Venue und den Mineralbädern. Unkompliziert und angenehm.

Cons:

Das Zimmer roch leider nach Rauch.

Cons:

Abgesehen davon, dass trotz Auswahl eines Doppelbetts ich ein Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten bekommen habe, waren diese in der Größe eines Kinderbetts und warum auch immer fest am Boden verankert, so das nicht mal ein Zusammenschieben möglich war. Selbst Tische, Lampenleuchter etc.waren wie in Stammheim allesamt fest verschraubt. Der Teppichboden ragt bis an die Tischkante und die Holzvertäfelungen und Türen in unterschiedlichen Holzarten und die blumigen Wandverkleidungen wirkten irgendwie sehr gruselig und aus den Sechzigern…Sorry, aber das war selbst für den Preis ein totaler Fehlgriff…

Pros:

-Good breakfast and coffee
- great location (next to a tramp)
- parking 8eur per night in front of the penzion
- modern furniture
- spacious room

Cons:

- poor cleanliness (the floors were not cleaned, poor dusting, stains on towels); the cleaner needs to pay more attention to details
- the sheets on the bed were placed in an odd way
-mattress a bit too soft
- the shower didn’t have a shower curtain so the floor got flooded(room 511)
- breakfast ends at 9.30am, but they seemed to be flexible

Das charmante Hotel Spahr hat mich sehr überrascht und ich freue mich bereits auf den nächsten Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Das Ambiente in dem Hotel gefällt mir persönlich sehr gut, es verknüpft die klassischen Elemente der 70er mit äußerst modernen Zimmern, ich hatte so eines und war über Größe und Ausstattung richtig glücklich. Ganz toll! Die Tiefgarage ist günstig und das Frühstück hat mich regelrecht beeindruckt, so gut habe ich das unterhalb von vier Sternen ganz selten gesehen (frisch geschnittenes Obst und Gemüse, herrlich!). Und: sehr nette Crew!

Cons:

Wenn ich etwas Negatives benennen müsste, wäre es die Lautstärke der benachbarten Schule und dass das Fernsehgerät trotz des neuen Zimmers keine smarten Funktionen hatte. Fällt aber in der gesamten Betrachtung nicht ins Gewicht.

Freundliches, humorvolles Personal. Grandios gutes Frühstück und dann noch ne Badewanne aufm Zimmer...was will man mehr :)
Lieb auch den Style von den Zimmern, alt, aber alles total sauber und gepflegt. Komme gerne wieder. Preis Leistung absolut spitze!

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ok - wenn man mit dem Auto anreist und den zugesagten Parkplatz bekommt
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut, zentral, Bahn vor der Tür, wir hatten es nicht weit zur Hanns-Martin-Schleyer-Halle. Das Zimmer war noch bisschen aus den 70ern, so dunkles Holz, dunkelgetäftelte Holzdecke, rustikale Möbel, alles ordentlich rustikal :) Die Betten etwas niedrig, aber durchaus bequem. Alles sauber. Im Bad fehlte eine Ablage für die Wechselkleidung, man kann sie nur im Waschbecken ablegen oder auf dem Klodeckel. Das Frühstück war lecker und frisch und mit einer guten Auswahl. Frisches Obst würde ich anstelle von Dosenobst besser finden. Es gab auch Hafermilch und Mandelmilch, da ich keine Kuhmilch vertrage, war das super. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt zu empfehlen.

Cons:

Uns hat es nicht gefallen, dass wir nicht wie beworben den zugesagten Parkplatz zur Verfügung hatten. Auch die Parkgarage war besetzt. Es lässt sich dort an der Hauptstraße schlecht drehen, nur über Umwege kommt man zurück in die Nähe des Hotels und es ist dann ausgesprochen schwer auch nur irgendwo eine Parklücke zu finden, wo man nicht abgeschleppt wird. Wir hatten irgendwann Glück, mussten unser Reisegepäck über eine ziemlich lange Strecke im Regen zum Hotel bringen und sind dann losgerannt, um noch rechtzeitig zu unserer Veranstaltung zu kommen.
