Por la relación precio-beneficios no regresaría. Muy caro para pocas amenidades y variedad de bufete

La recepción fue buena y rápida, la ubicación es buena cerca de tiendas de conveniencia, restaurantes, central de tren.

Cons:

Solo ponen de "obsequio" 2 botellas de agua y estuvimos 4 noches. El bufete siempre es el mismo, podrían cambiar un poco las opciones por dia para mejorar la experiencia. El aire acondicionado nunca nos funcionó ni los canales de tv.

El Metopole de antes quedo en la historia
Pros:

La ubicación es cerca a Termini razón por lo que es la segunda vez que me hospedo en el hotel, aunque ya la zona tiene mas opciones lo que me permitira buscar un hotel diferente.

Cons:

EL desayuno de pesima calidad, dicen que el desayuno esta incluido pero no hay ni variedad de fruta, si uno solicita unos huevos fritos y omelet debe pagarlos extras, solo hay panes, cafe y jamon, en serio el hotel ha desmejorado mucho con respecto a como lo conociamos.

Great location but staff could be nicer
Pros:

The location is very good and I would say that it is the main perk. Staff is ok but not very nice.

Cons:

The breakfast was not great, especially the eggs. Soggy bacon and overcooked sausages that were really not appetising.

Staff is not nice. I was actually surprised because they were not very helpful. The guy at reception was grumpy. They had not prepared the beds as I had requested. I needed to request a change of room. I could tell that they did not like that.

We enjoyed our stay - 4 nights. Would book again.

5 minute walk from train station. Many breakfast options.

Cons:

Only complaint is the noise level from room above-chairs being dragged across the floor. Perhaps a felt pad could be placed on the chair legs to soften this noise.
