It was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpfull. The room and bathroom were spacious and immaculately clean.
The cleaning staff were on top of their job and kept the room clean from top to bottom.
Sweet treats were left on almost a daily basis. The minibar and snacks were reasonably priced.

It’s ok but overpriced

Cons:

My room wasn’t on the breakfast list even though I paid 16€ on the check in ! The following morning they requested 18€ on the spot….

Not worth the money we paid.
Cons:

We stayed for 6 nights and did not get one nights decent sleep.
This was due to the hard flooring in the corridors and guests walking past with hard soled shoes and wheeled Luggage cases. Also the room above ours had hard flooring and was a nuisance.

I had the pleasure of staying at Starhotels Metropole for a week together with some colleagues of mine, and I can confidently say it was an outstanding experience.

What truly made our stay exceptional was the impeccable courtesy and high level of professionalism displayed by the entire staff. From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone was consistently attentive, welcoming, and genuinely committed to ensuring a comfortable and smooth stay.

The hotel itself is ideally located, well-maintained, and perfectly suited for both business and leisure. However, it is the human element—the warmth, efficiency, and dedication of the staff—that really sets this property apart.

A sincere thank you to the entire team for making our time in Rome so pleasant. I would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.
