À l arrivée le lobby de l hôtel très petit et le comptoir d accueil 4 pieds de haut. Premier accueil avec une personnel, puis une autre, puis une autre et finalement le personnel m a dit que ma carte visa n avait pas été accepté. Ce qui était faux car j avais payé à ma banque tout le montant des deux jours. Ensuite il me dit que je dois repayer au complet, ce que j ai refusé. Ensuite il me dit de prouver que j avais payé le montant à ma banque. Ensuite il me dit que c est un lit king que nous aurions et c était un queen. La salle de bain extrêmement étroite et il n y avait pas de savon dans le récipient dans la douche. En dessous de la porte d entrée de la chambre il y avait un jour d un demi pouce et on entendait tout ce qui se passait dans le corridor et l air qui passait en dessous. Le placier lent à réagir au déjeuner pour nous indiquer notre table, il a fallu aller le chercher. Déjeuner sec et dispositions des aliments non adéquat, il faut chercher pour compléter le déjeuner. Extrêmement déçue.

Great stay in Ottawa
Pros:

Everything was absolutely fantastic! I honestly can’t decide what I liked most. The location, the bed, or the shower hahaha.

The hotel is currently going through renovations, and luckily we got one of the newly renovated rooms, which made the experience even better. Everything felt modern, clean, and very comfortable.

One thing worth mentioning is that the renovation work can get a bit noisy early in the morning. So, if you’re planning to work remotely or take calls from the hotel, it’s probably a good idea to ask for a quieter floor or room location.

That said, it wasn’t an issue for us at all since we were out sightseeing most of the day and only came back in the evening. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend it!

Great location and staff!
Pros:

The location was excellent and made it very easy to explore the city. The hotel is within walking distance of major attractions like Parliament Hill, the ByWard Market, and the Ottawa River, which made both sightseeing and finding good food or drinks incredibly convenient. We were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go.

The view from the room was fantastic and definitely added to the overall experience. Breakfast was reasonably priced with a good variety of options, and the staff throughout the stay were consistently kind, welcoming, and helpful.

Cons:

One downside was that the common areas, including the lobby and elevators, did not feel very clean during our stay. This was likely related to the ongoing renovations, which the hotel did disclose shortly after the booking was made.

We also had a small frustrating experience when we ordered takeout and realized the restaurant had forgotten to include cutlery. When we asked the hotel staff, we were told they usually do not provide any, which felt a bit disappointing for a hotel at this price point.

The room itself was comfortable, but we did miss some small amenities like slippers and robes, which are often offered even at more affordable hotels.

Parking instructions could also have been communicated more clearly. The email mentioned parking availability on the P1 and P2 levels, but those filled up very quickly. We only found out after calling the hotel that additional parking was available on the P3 and P4 levels.
