The was no water, we had go ask the receptionist 2 times whats going on with the water cause it kept going. The toilet area should have a should door.

On the positive side, the reception lady was very patient and helpful, even took the time to write a note for my friend as I'm deaf.

Cons:

Unfortunately my stay wasn't what I expected. The room was smaller than in the pictures and was missing a couch. When asked to move rooms, I left cash behind and it wasn't returned. Also, some staff didn't greet me properly, which was disappointing. Would love to discuss further and find a resolution.

The place has a lot of potential but does no live up to anything.
Pros:

The room and bathroom were spacious.

Cons:

The location alone was bad enough. Right in the middle of town where nefarious business was taking place almost in broad daylight. The WiFi did not work, which made it difficult for me to presume work. The TVs are old and outdated, with limited channel access. The room appeared dirty, noted quite a roach infestation, which made it uneasy to sleep.

Generally pleasant.
Pros:

Breakfast was not included in the booking

Cons:

The air conditioning in the two different rooms where I stayed was non-functional. I was very uncomfortable because of the heat. The TV remote control gadget in the one room was not available. I requested it, but wasn't assisted, and I missed the news. Furthermore, the side lamps in the one room were without globes
