The place is central and served its purpose in that I could easily reach my intended destination

I was truly impressed by their absolute confidence that they are under no obligation to provide the services publicly listed on Booking.
My experience showed that this place is not safe or reliable. I booked it because the Booking listing stated that airport transfer was available. After booking, I tried to contact the property through Booking chat and by phone. The chat was ignored, and the calls kept dropping from the hotel’s side. I only managed to reach them on WhatsApp one hour before the guest’s arrival.
For the next two hours, I tried to get them to arrange the transfer. I explained the situation, offered to pay extra, and asked them to organize any way of getting the guest to the hotel. I insisted because Uber and Bolt do not operate in the Kruger Park area, so I could not arrange a normal transfer myself through standard services. That is exactly why I chose a property advertising airport transfer.
They refused every time and kept repeating that transport was “not their concern.” When I pointed out that airport transfer was still listed on their Booking page, I was told: “You are living in the past. We do not offer transfer.”
By the time this became clear, the guest had already landed and was waiting at the airport. At that stage, cancelling would have solved nothing. It would only have meant gifting them the money in return for a publicly advertised service they did not provide. That was the moment I felt deceived.
I also offered to pay for any driver or taxi they could arrange. They still refused and instead sent me the contact of a private driver while making it clear they would take no responsibility for him. I attach screenshots showing that transfer was publicly advertised and later refused.
