I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and would gladly book the same hotel again on my next visit.

Cons:

I was unhappy with the foul smell coming from the area outside my room, particularly the corner with the sofa just before the entrance to Room 10. The power cuts were also an inconvenience.

Beautiful room with seating area and very large comfortable bed. Hot water and really nice bathroom.
Pros:

Breakfast was amazing and a nice cleaner came to ensure I knew about it 10 when I checked out. The very helpful front desk lady took my luggage for me to keep behind the counter. Very nice seating area for me to wait 3 hours for my ride.

Cons:

The man on duty when I checked in (3pm) was very unhelpful. Told me the restaurant was closed so I could get dinner from the gas station across the street. Lugging my suitcase up 20 stairs not fun. He didn’t mention breakfast so I assumed none since no restaurant.

ABSOLTUTELY SHOCKING!!!!

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING

Cons:

When I arrived there at approximately 14h30 to check in, my Room was right next to a Swimming Pool with about 30 People Drinking and Playing LOUD MUSIC. I lwft to go and meet a Client and when I returned at approximately 20h00, Nothing had changed. I packed my Bags and Checked out of the Accommodation.
I WANT a COMPLETE REFUND from Coyotes.

Unfortunately, the breakfast was not enjoyable. All of us experienced upset stomachs, and some guests also had diarrhoea
Pros:

The rooms were clean, and the staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay

Cons:

The room was nice, but unfortunately there was no door for the toilet and no wardrobe, which was a little inconvenient during our stay

Pros:

Staff was friendly. The place was close to where I was attending my event.

Cons:

Cups were not clean, and there were left over food in the fridge that made the room smell after a pen the fridge. The toilet paper was not enough.
Toilet is from closed off from the room. There is no privacy.

There were other guests drinking and talking in the passage making it difficult for us to sleep. We reported them but they didn’t stop
