Noise pollution and poor bathroom

The Bed was big and comfortable.

Cons:

The rooms are too big and are tiled so noise pollution is very bad. I hardly slept a wink because sound (voices) would travel from reception to my room. I had to go twice to receptionist at 6am and ask them to keep their voices down and tell cleaning staff to not sweep and prepare for thier cleaning rounds because the noise was unbearable. The shower was the worst experience. There is a torn shower curtain so the water would flood the entire bathroom floor, also the showers head was not working. After travelling over night, i just wanted a good 4 hours sleep before going to work , but hardly slept a wink from the noise. Proper insulation is required plus the refurbishment of bathrooms.

Cons:

I just had a bad experience, the air conditioner was not working, soap holder from the shower was not there and the bed was not comfortable at all. There's no Telephone if you want to request something you need to go to the reception. On our last day there was no running water and commutation made.
