Putra Mulia Hotel Medan

They have a nice private room with billard table for play and a area for simple easy karoake . We spend the nights using the facilities with minimal and justificable pricing. Staffs were very helpful and always on standby.

Wasted my money. I booked for 3 rooms with 2 reservations and suddenly they CANCEL MY RESERVATION WHILE I CHECK IN. Said that oyo was not partnered anymore with Putra Mulia hotel since 21st dec 2019. Its not my problem. I made reservation 3 weeks before for 25th dec 2019 paid and confirm. Even i called them already. Then suddenly cancel. You should call or send me email before cancel it. WHY DON'T YOU INFORM ME !!! Really bad management between OYO and Putra Mulia hotel. Be proffesional. I came along with my big family which is everybody tired. For now i think twice to book any oyo properties. be careful guys if you want to book this hotel if you don't want this to happen to you.

Kamar luas, kamar mandi luas, ac dingin, hot water oke, handuk bersih, tempat tidur dan bantal empuk, dari mulai satpam, ob, receptionis semua baik dan ramah, lokasi strategis, harga bersahabat.

Negatif:
Aroma kamar Pertama masuk kurang sedap, seperti aroma keset yg basah, seprai warnanya kusam.

Over all memuaskan,.. semoga bisa membantu traveler lain ^^

Nice hotel, well located, expensive breakfast, to load music in the corridor, nice staff!

First the aircon in my room was not working, which they were nice to change me to another room.
Then the wifi in the other room did not work.
The signal is so weak that my devices could not captute it!

I stayed 2 nights for government event. The room was small but clean. Luckily, the bathroom was quite spacious. However, the AC was not functioning well, it could not beat the heat of Medan city. The water stream also ran slow, so I needed to stay longer to clean myself. The elevator could not fit the maximum people it supposed to carry, and somehow not working as smoothly as we wished.
On the bright side, the staff are supportive and friendly.

I was in Putra Mulia for a long time in 2016 ... The room was cleaning every days, the staff is very friendly .I had never any problem in this hotel .. . Is not far rom many shopping center; I had a good time in Putra Mulia Hotel ...

Visit Medan for wedding party. I just need place to keep my stuff then go to the party in the ballroom accross this hotel.
Check in was very quick, since I booked online via pegipegi.com and to get a good price. It's in strategic location, easy to find. Room was clean and bathroom also.
Water heater runs well. Nothing but 2 bottles mineral water available. Got wifi in the room, sometime on and off.
But the wall is very thin, and since there was a gathering in this hotel and lots of people shouted each other in the hall in the middle of night can be very disturbing. The reception staff did not do anything to handle my complain.
I did not try the breakfast menu since I have to leave in the morning. With IDR330K per night I think you can find another hotel around with better service.

Has got a new.outdoor cafe. For a 3 star hotel n the rate we paid for I cun ask for more. Good service from front desk and nearby to all tourist attraction. The staffs were friendly enough to guide us with itinerary to brastagi.and our intended destination lake.toba and even assisted us with car rental etc.

Very clean great food and great staff. all rooms and clean and tidy and it is very close to all shopping. This hotel is reasonably new with great staff. If you want a quick stop over in Medan without breaking your budget i highly recommend this hotel.

Value for money. Clean and comfortable and the staffs are friendly throughout . Food was ok , couldn't ask for more . It is abt 10 min drive to the city and there is a big supermarket located just beside the hotel. Very convinient.

I stayed at this hotel for one night after returning from Bukit Lawang. The hotel is a short ride by minibus away from Plaza Medan and Medan Fair (Carrefour supermarket). I took the DAMRI airport bus from Medan Fair at 7am on a Sunday morning. The ride to the airport KNO was 45 minutes. The hotel is very clean for Indonesian standard. Value for money. Friendly and helpful staff.

I didn't eat at the restaurant or asked to use the WIFI. So I cannot comment on this.

Stay in this hotel for 3 days 2 nights. Staffs are very friendly, Clean rooms with newly concept. Very convenient to city area. Value for money.
Only disadvantage is the newest airport require about an hour journey to the city area
