Pros:

Apartment was spacious, comfortable, quiet, clean and had all the appointments you would expect in your own home including own laundry. Beds were comfy. Close to trinity esplanade/beach, and 5 minute walk to around 6 different restaurant/food outlets and a boutique pub.
A great place to park up for a few days or a week to explore Cairns and hinterland. Highly recommend. Thankyou.

Lovely and private. good location for us, great space for us.

Cons:

No personal contact from Manager's, I went to reception several times and it wasn't open! Not much tea and coffee in our unit for 3 people staying for 4 nights and only one tube each of shampoo and conditioner and 2 small soaps for 3 adults for 4 days. I have never had to remove rubbish from a unit before this seems odd and shouldn't it be part of the service. I also feel units should be serviced every few days when on a 4 night stay. The floors felt grimy and I took of shoes and socks and was in bare feet the soles of my feet were very dirty very quickly. It would be handy to have some swimming towels available. The unit had damage to it to.
