It was OK, but won’t be back

Location and style. I got a hot shower. Bed was good.

Cons:

My dresser/cabinets were missing five handles needed to open dressers drawers/cabinets. It doesn’t have a pool for the price and the breakfast is not complementary. For that price one or both should have been included?

Will never be visiting this location again. This place has fallen since my first couple stays here. It’s a shame too.

This is the second time I have had a problem with this location. The first time I tossed it up to being a fluke. Things happen. This time I arrived and my reservation had been cancelled. Not by myself or booking.com. There were no rooms to accommodate my family left and the girl at the front desk really couldn’t be bothered anyways.

Everything the staff was super nice I think the girl at the front desk was named Hannah she was super nice and the girl at the restaurant I believe her name was amber she was very sweet we would stay here again

Comforrt and class in heart of Lexington.

Average, did not exceed my expectations like The Manchester.
Pros:

Front desk availability is limited. The bed was dirty upon arrival, my room had to be switched. The new room bathroom door was broken. My room wasn’t cleaned by housekeeping on day 2. Overall I expected more from this location for the price.
