Nice people just need to clean a little better.
Pros:

Everyone was nice. Someone was always at the front desk to assist. It smelled nice

Cons:

Nothing was really clean. The sheets were stained. Towels had hair on them. The complementary items (shampoo & conditioner) looked as though they were used from previous visitors. The tub wasn’t totally clean either. And one of the housekeepers where cleaning a room as we walked pass she swept all the dirt into the hall. We left out of the room about 30 min to an hour later the dirt and trash was still there but the house keeper had went into another room. The house keeper also walked into our room a few minutes after we got there in accident lol which didn’t really bother us. Honestly the only reason we stayed is because we came from out of town and had been through a lot these last few days and needed to stay for my infants surgery at that point we felt defeated . So honestly we grabbed a few blankets out of the car and just threw them over the bed to sleep and left as early as possible

My Days Inn stay in Baton Rouge
Pros:

Clean room, decent price, and nice staff. It was easy to find because it was right off the interstate. It was 8 min away from where I was working that week so it was very convenient.

Great Hotel!!!
Pros:

I was so amazed on how clean this hotel was I mean, spotless very quiet very peaceful. I will definitely be staying here again without thinking twice.

NEVER AGAIN ‼️ HORRIBLE STAFF , HOUSEKEEPING & STAY.

From the time I walked in , the smell was horrible.

Cons:

Room was NASTY‼️ From the bathroom on down . Asked for a refund & all (which it didn’t happen). Then I was there for 2 nights and housekeeping never entered my room nor switched out my towels . After noticing housekeeping didn’t do their job I went to the front desk and asked for new towels . Just for the man to reach me ONE TOWEL saying they were out of towels at the time . Knowing that was a damn lie . But I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND NOBODY TO STAY THERE . Mind you I drove so many miles away just to get there and have a bad experience. NEVER AGAIN & I’m definitely wanting a refund back .
