Pobyt był bardzo udany i zdecydowanie polecam ten hotel.
Pros:

Bardzo podobała mi się atmosfera w hotelu, szczególnie uprzejmy i pomocny personel oraz wysoka jakość obsługi.

Top keuze voor zakelijk en prive in Milaan
Pros:

Geweldig echt authentiek hotel vlak bij metro (naar centrum, Linate en Fiero Milano) en veel leuke restaurants in de buurt. Nette en veilige wijk vlakbij centrum! En erg attent personeel. Kamer is super en ook nog tuin om te zitten

Cons:

Geen lift, er zijn kamer op begane grond mocht dat issue zijn dus dan daar om vragen. Personeel heeft wel bagage naar kamer gebracht

Basic but cheap, friendly, clean and convenient.
Pros:

Very cheap for the location and time of year (half term, during the winter olympics), right in the midway point of the san siro and the centre of milan. Being away from the centre of milan means it's quieter and more relaxed but also just 15mins to the duomo by metro. Helpful staff on arrival, advised us to take the no. 16 tram to the san siro rather than the metro, this proved much cheaper and quicker too. We were also upgraded to a nicer room with 2 double beds and a street view. Very nice restaurants and cafes nearby, both upscale and casual. This next point is subjective: the mattresses are very, very firm. I have a bad back off and on, especially after travelling all day and exploring in milan, so the firm mattress was AMAZING for my back, so much so that after coming home, I'm going mattress shopping for a similar mattress. My son on the other hand, flopped onto the bed upon arrival and it was like he'd faceplanted onto concrete. lol. I can't stress enough how firm these mattresses were. We all slept well though. In summary, all we want from a city break hotel is a clean and convenient place to sleep and this was more than adequate for our needs. If you want to spend more time in your room during your holiday perhaps stay somewhere more luxurious, with more facilities and costing triple the price.

Cons:

This wasn't a bad point for us but I think it's worth making guests aware. It's a very echo-y building with very thin walls. You can pretty much hear everything. We were fortunate to have very considerate guests staying at the same time as us, so we only heard the odd couple of people checking in. If you were unlucky to be staying with loud guests or young children and babies, i'd imagine it could be very distruptive. Shower handle was damaged but functional. TV remote didn't work for anything other than turning the TV on or off lol. Maybe I was doing something wrong though, not important either way. These were all very minor points for us and I would highly recommend staying here, with these caveats, to anyone wanting to see Milan on a budget.

La ragazza all’accoglienza è stata gentile ed educata.

Cons:

L’insonorizzazione è inesistente. Ci è stata assegnata la camera al piano terra, attaccata alla reception e ciò ha fatto sì che passassimo la notte in bianco, in quanto si sentiva tutto ciò che avveniva all’esterno, dalle telefonate notturne ai litigi di alcune clienti con il ragazzo della reception alle 2 di notte (con annesso intervento dei carabinieri). Inoltre, purtroppo in camera c’era un persistente strano odore di umido misto a vernice, che ha reso davvero poco piacevole il nostro soggiorno.
