Basic but comfortable
Pros:

Good location. Clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Property could use some basic maintenance and updates. Lots of little holes and scratches that could be fixed up.

Dangerously Disappointed at Days Inn
Pros:

Proximity to our main destination.

Cons:

No security safety latch on main room door-apparently this is not even present in the property's renovated first floor(so we were told). This is a major concern, especially for guests who have small children, like we do.
Bathroom in serious need of repair, especially the shower/tub.
Water pressure in shower was extremely fluctuant with the majority of time being non-existent and a few fleeting moments it had the pressure of a fire hose and shot the back wall.
There is mildew growth around the air conditioning unit as well as mold evidence in other areas of the room.
An additional minor irritation is the size of the pillows, especially for a king size bed. They were no bigger than a small throw pillow for a couch or arm chair.

we liked that when we called so ask about some noise going on up stairs they offered us a new room.

Cons:

the place was very dirty, the curtain rod has black marks. floor in the bathroom was very dirty, my earring dropped and when I bent down to grab it there was black dirt stains on the floor. all towels had a funky smell.

I liked everything the room was beautiful The view was beautiful the pool was wonderful the food was great the coffee was magnificent the people was outstanding

This was a great decision on my part to stay here!
Pros:

The room was great. The bathroom did not have any body wash, and a towel had some random hair. I did enjoy my stay. It would have been good if the breakfast had some eggs, rather than just cold cereal and/or waffles. There was a disturbance outside my window at 2 or 3 AM. The night desk person went out and took care of the situation. That was a commendable action on his part!
