Het kussen was lekker stevig en de kamer koel door de airco.
Bij het inchecken gaat het al mis. Er zit niemand achter de receptie en je mag via een video call met iemand die in het buitenland zit (althans dat vermoeden wij) die in de schommelstoel zit te schommelen, inchecken. Bizar en zeer onpersoonlijk.
Complex zelf oogt als een afwerkmotel en de kamer ruikt muf.
Het ontbijt is verschrikkelijk slecht. Je kunt wafels maken, er ligt toastbrood zonder broodrooster, een paar muffins en wat ontbijtgranen. Wat een ramp.

The price was good but I wish I would have booked a more expensive one.
Noisy AC, hair on the floor, millions of mosquitoes inside the room (we had to buy a spray against mosquitoes) and the worst of all was the MOLDY SMELL. They had a dehumidifier in the room but I think that should stay on all the time. When we arrived at our next accommodation and unpacked, all our clothes were heavy on that moldy smell. I should have asked for another room or for a refund. I understand that is cheap and I can live with a poor cleaning, I can buy something against mosquitoes but I don’t understand the business with moldy and unhealthy hotel rooms.
Liked the pool and location
Bar next door being loud and playing loud music til 3am didn't get to sleep much both nights
No staff, right next to a VERY LOUD bar that prevented any sleep until after 2am both nights, the only breakfast option was a waffle, the pool water made us sick, the furniture in the room was literally shredded and coming apart, the top bed linen was dirty, homeless people in the lobby.

I like the space not bad. I also like the breakfast. The person who made the breakfast.
The receptionist, they are impolite. They talked very bad to me. They offense me last two times. I was disappointed.
The room size was nice.
The room is very case but there were no plugins for a USB port except on the radio the telephone didn't work the TV it wasn't come on I called four times the front desk and nobody came to fix it or offered to change rooms it was total disappointment I want to watch the soccer game and enjoying myself and the TV wouldn't work
The telephone and a TV did not work the TV would not come on it wasn't the remote the remote head the lights on it so that wasn't it it was the TV would not come on at all
It was clean and convenient with an excellent pool! Stayed there for 2 nights and we had absolutely no problems with the room itself. The beds were comfortable and the AC was fabulous in this FL heat! They had free WiFi and a continental breakfast (2 waffle makers, a few pastries, cereal, and white bread for toast. Coffee and OJ/Apple juice were also available) so if you’re wanting more there’s a place about 10 minutes away called Skillets that’s definitely worth the drive for breakfast.
There wasn’t a physical person checking you in or out it was all done by a tablet in the lobby.
