The ac in our room "229"was extremely loud when it turned on, and they dont provide coffee or tea in the rooms , everything is in the lobby and they only serve coffee and tea for a few hrs in the morning .

Primero q durante el viaje intente hablar varias veces con el establecimiento y la calidad de la llamada pésima, al igual q al estar ya en la recepción la calidad de la llamada con el agente q realiza el check-in, luego a la hora de reclamar el reembolso de mi dinero, pues no use la habitación q había pagado 2 noches la calidad de la llamada pésima ni se entiende y de escucha muy mal a la persona q me atendió y además nadie sabe orientarme adonde necesito reclamar mi reembolso, me parece hasta intencional para dificultar el reembolso. Así que por favor espero que por alguna vía se me atienda correctamente y poder recibir mi reembolso porq no use el hotel pues no me gustó la habitación ni estaba segura pues el tranque de seguridad de la puerta estaba totalmente suelto y las habitaciones dan a un parqueo en el cual es muy fácil acceder a las instalaciones. Muchas gracias y espero respuesta
