No more booking.com
Cons:

No human being in the hotel lobby. All transactions were done to a machine. No receipts given. Security deposit not mentioned on booking.com reservation. Did not get deposit back or a receipt. Told to call some phone number which I did not hear through the machine. It was an all around bad experience. Plus the pool was filthy and the grounds were too. Used qtips and unidentifiable crap all over the ground.

Cons:

Un peu refroidi par l’accueil qui se fait via une borne à distance, pas forcément facile de communiquer ou de poser des questions avec les interférences. La propreté serait à revoir… Correcte pour une nuit de passage.

Pros:

Beim Zimmerwechsel war die Dame vom Empfang sehr zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Das erste Zimmer war sehr muffig, die war gegenüber spielte grausame Musik bis in die frühen Morgenstunden, beim einchecken wartete ich 1 Stunde, und das auschecken nahm noch mal eine halbe Stunde in Anspruch, obwohl ich immer relativ schnell dran kam. Der Pool wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht gereinigt.

La ubicación fue algo más o menos ya que el hotel está ubicado frente a un bar que por las noches ponen música demasiado alta hasta las tres de la mañana, uno va con niños que no pudieron dormir .

Cons:

Deberían de hacer un reasignamiento a alguien que de verdad haga un mejor trabajo por este hotel, empezando con la administración. El precio fue demasiado elevado para lo que ofrecen, cuartos con mal olor a cigarros, el microondas estaba sucio, había suciedad en las camas cuando llegamos . Seguido de que no se puede dormir , por una discoteca que hay al lado del hotel , el lugar para desayunar es muy pequeño , la piscina la cierran a las seis . Que ni dejarnos sentar ahí afuera podíamos hacerlo . En fin . No lo recomiendo .

Placé à côté d'un bar très bruyant. Musique à fond jusqu'à au moins une heure du matin. Chambre très mal insonorisée.impossible de changer de chambre, c était complet.
La réception se fait uniquement en visioconférence.
