There was stains on the carpet and a bucket to catch water that was dripping in the hallway. Additionally, it’s all the way over in the port. There’s nothing around but oil rigs

My coworkers and i each stayed in our own rooms. I did appreciate that we were roomed near each other on the same floor. It made it easy to coordinate everything. The rooms were very well appointed. I had a kitchenette with a sink, microwave and full-sized fridge. The staff were very pleasant and helped a lot with our navigating to and from where we needed to go. They'd call taxis for us because we had trouble getting Uber or Kakao to come to the location. They gave us a hotel card that we could give to taxi drivers when we needed to get back late at night. The bedding was super soft and comfortable.
My only real complaint is that the A/C units in our rooms didn't work. That might be a bit of an over-statement. They worked, just not very well. I'm used to having separate controls for the A/C and fan. I'm used to needing to set them and wait a half hour for everything to fully kick in. I am not used to whatever the setup the WBM had. It was also summer time in Korea, so it was hot and humid most days during our stay. suffice to say I sweated through my pjs.
Other than that, the location was great for work and not much else. We weren't near any train or bus lines. we had to use taxis for everything if we wanted to go further than around the block. It wasn't horrible, but it can get expensive.

small apartment plus hotel, one of two biggest hotel on the area - has minimum necessities and maybe more suitable as apartment for long term stay (washing machine, microwave, etc)

I was Given a free upgrade to a suite
The rooms were not clean. There was hair on the floor everywhere. The sinks were broken and did not drain properly.

Small room but easy to get from parking to room and has all the necessary accomodations for a little longer stay. View was decent and toward the Marina.
Room was a little backward with the table opposite the kitchen, would have been better for them to be closer. For check-in/out, you only have the option to park in the garage, would be nice to have a small space out front of the lobby to do quick business.
