Pros:

Reception were friendly and accommodating as we had a couple of requests which were met and appreciated. Location we found excellent too. Just far enough away from the main drag but everything literally within walking distance. In fact, we didn't use the car at all for our 6 night stay! Great spot and facilities very well kept. Pleasant, relaxing as well as easy living with amenities near by.
Pros:

I like the property, I’ve stayed several times at Moorings. Facilities are good, location is good. Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

My room was aged in decor and furnishings, could do with an update. Glass coffee table in the middle of the lounge - very hazardous.
They didn’t have tea and coffee in the room ready for me. Reception was helpful and sorted me out.
And the TV was not working in the bedroom.

Our go to place to stay at the Gold Coast
Pros:

Great rooms, clean and comfortable.
Excellent value for money and excellent location. You couldn’t get a better location.
We wouldn’t stay anywhere else while in the Gold Coast.

Cons:

We checked out on a Saturday so reception closes at midday. Our flight was later that evening so we had to find somewhere else to store our luggage and pay extra for that.
As you need a key for building and pool entrances when reception closed, we were unable to use facilities to wait by pool for the day until we were heading to airport. If I had known this when booking, I then I would have booked accommodation elsewhere. Made the last day of our holiday very long and tiring instead of relaxing.

Absolutely stunning
Pros:

Stunning waterview, very clean and modern accommodation. Conveniently located to shops and eateries. 8 mins walk to surfers paradise beach. Above and beyond customer service and no hassle check in and check out. Highly recommended and I'll definitely return to stay.
