A beautiful stay in Palermo!
Pros:

The room was very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day of exploring.
The service was excellent—staff were friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout the stay.
The location is fantastic—very central and convenient for walking to major sites, restaurants, and shops.
Coffee machine and various drinks in the refrigerator.
The building is beautifully decorated.
Apertivo on the rooftop terrace!

Cons:

Breakfast is provided via a voucher at the café next door. While convenient at first, the limited options became a bit repetitive over several days. (One can eat only so many pastries)
The central location comes with some noise—street performers at night can make it lively, but also a bit loud if you're trying to sleep early.
Because my room was on the third floor, I could hear tables being moved around at the restaurant upstairs, which was occasionally disruptive.

Pros:

Location in the center of the city with amazing view on the theatre de Palermo, elevator, the restaurant on the top floor.
Very clean and spacious room.
Great communication before our stay to make everything easy.

Rundum zufrieden für das Erkunden von Palermo
Pros:

Die Wohnung ist in einem Haus an der Via Maqueda direkt gegenüber des Teatro Massimo. Der Platz ist sehr belebt und wird auch abends für Strassenkünster als Bühne benutzt. Da Wohnhaus ist mit hochwertigen Materialien renoviert worden. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, das Bad und die Küche sind jeweils hochwertig eingerichtet. Das Haus und die Wohnung sind überdurchschnittlich gepflegt. Die Lage ist sehr gut geeignet, um Palermo zu Fuß zu erkunden. Das Frühstück wird im benachbarten Cafe angeboten. Dort zeigt man das Frühstückskärtchen und bekommt eine üppige Menükarte ohne angezeigte Preise aus der alles in unbegrenzter Menge ausgesucht werden kann. Die Vermieter des Appartments betreiben auf dem Dach des Hauses ein Restaurant der gehobenen Preisklasse. Dort ist der ideale Platz, um den Drink am Abend einzunehmen und den Blick auf das Theater zu genießen. Wir haben eine Woche in dem Appartment verbracht und jeden Tag genossen.

Pros:

De ligging van het appartement was fantastisch. Geheel centraal en een ideale uitvalsbasis. Alles was op wandelafstand. En ondanks de drukte op het plein was het binnen rustig en stil.

Cons:

Het ontbijt was geen buffet zoals we gewoon waren. Maar we konden ontbijten in de pasticceria naast het appartement waar we koffie en mierzoete boterkoeken of gigantische belegde broodjes konden bestellen. Veel en zwaar.

Megfelel a leírásnak: apartman luxus szolgáltatásokkal
Pros:

A szoba ízlésesen van berendezve, kényelmes, jó minőségű bútorokkal. A személyzet nagyon kedves és készséges. Concierge szolgáltatás keretében segítenek, amiben tudnak. Nekünk az autóbérlésben, parkoló foglalásban. A szobákat, folyosókat műtárgyak díszítik, ami még külön érdekessé teszi az itt tartózkodást. A szállás elhelyezkedése szuper, minden közel van. Kilépve rögtön a sétálóutcán találja magát az ember, sok színes látványos programmal.

Cons:

Nincs ilyen. Azt érdemes tudni, hogy a reggeli a szomszédos bárban van, ahol egy külön listáról lehet bármelyik ételt, italt választani. Ez egyébként érdekes, mert a teraszon ülve így jobban be lehet kapcsolódni a város életébe. Viszont a választható ételek főleg sütemények. Jó lenne, ha a kontinentális reggeli is bekerülne a választható kínálatba.

The Palazzo was convenient for our one-night stay in this historic city.
Pros:

Newly-decorated, spacious room with a view directly onto the front of the Theatre Maximus. The property is located in a central location within walking distance to many of the cities historic locations, especially the wonderful Cathedral.
The room facilities included a small kitchen with very nice coffee-making facilities.

Cons:

The property is rather difficult to find even with Google maps and parking is even harder. The main street along the front of the property is pedestrian-only and there are many one-way streets in the area. We were lucky to find street-parking within 2-300 metres of the door.
Breakfast comprised a 'coupon' exchangeable for a selection of items from the nearby cafe.

A near perfect apartment hotel in the centre of Palermo. Superb.
Pros:

The very best location in Palermo. Safe and secure, spacious rooms which were very well decorated. Immaculate housekeeping daily. You could not ask for more.

Cons:

The shower doors were difficult to close and leaked. A small issue. No English TV stations.

Pros:

Very centrally located, fabulous accommodation, overlooking a very vibrant area. Wonderful to relax and hear the world go by. Equally quiet to sleep (I go to bed early) with soundproof windows. Very comfy beds.
Helpful staff. All in all, a brilliant stay, thank you for having us whilst I ran the marathon, and thank you for the late later check out!

Cons:

An obvious one really but as there is no street level reception (common in Italy) just ring the office door bell on arrival.
