Clean and Amazing views.
This lovely place is perfectly situated and thoughtfully appointed. It’s luxurious and accessible. I had a fabulous breakfast at the in-house cafe, and the surrounding area and cafe are lovely too. There is an amazing lawn terrace to sit on and look over the water, and observe the locals coming and going.
The Pasadena staff made a beautiful, special effort when they heard it was my partner’s birthday. It’s personal and stylish and a gorgeous escape, near to all the other stuff you can find at Newport - but you won’t want to leave.
Lovely location and the waterside room views are wonderful. The staff person I dealt with was very helpful, and took my suitcase up the stairs for me.
There is a steep staircase to get to the accommodation level. This is noted but for “oldies” it can be a challenge. I’m not sure if they can arrange lift access if needed, via service lift, but assume so.
The room was great. The view of Pittwater & Scotland Island was beautiful. The sunset was great with the tenders & small boats & yachts was beautiful. A great part of the world!
I thought the toilet was a bit claustrophobic for me! And there wasn’t a desk where I could use my computer. Very hard to do work without a desk. But everything else was great!

The parking # 4 mechanism was bipping and when we got to our car in the am it had opened under our car. Luckily it cleared the exhaust - but maybe check it/the battery or a car could get wedged/damaged!

Lovely rooms and bathroom.
Fridge was no on when we arrived. After turning it on at the PowerPoint it made a very loud noise.
Also we were charged twice. Once by booking.com and then by the venue,(but it was subsequently reimbursed).
Restaurant was not open, so no room service available. Luckily co-op was open serving food til 6.30pm on Sunday evening.
