Wonderful customer service, great food and location.
Pros:

The staff were wonderful and fixed a problem we had and went above and beyond! Exceptional!

Cons:

Unfortunately there are council works happening at the front of the property.

All staff very friendly and helpful.Although didn't eat there as restaurant closed evening we stayed.
Lovely room looking out over water.
Paris was very helpful.

Additional cost of parking on app but Paris helpful!!

I would come again
Pros:

Was there breakfast in the rate I paid? I didn't know. The room was comfortable and very clean. It is a pity there was a lot of noise with the works to the cafe from 6:30am. It got me up early. I loved the water view and thank the staff for it.

Cons:

Noise and parking a little difficult because I didn't pre-pay.

Overnight Staycation
Pros:

Loved the sea view and the greeting card on arrival. Easy access to the accommodation and instructions from staff for late check in. Cocktails were great and nice comfy room for an overnight stay.
