Going downhill
Cons:

Very limited selection of breakfast foods. Room and hotel are showing signs of neglect. Broken tiles in bathroom, dishwasher did not work, trash by ice machine. Cleanliness has gone downhill. Deferred maintenance is evident. Not a good Bonvoy name hotel.

Spacious suite, but not very clean
Pros:

Good location, breakfast was nice, the suite was spacious. The A/C worked well. It was a good value for the money.

Cons:

The suite was NOT clean. The refrigerator door had " crusty" stuff on it, and the refrigerator door had not been wiped down. The glass on the cabinet had significant streaks. When housekeeping came to clean on Friday, they didn't empty out the trash can underneath the kitchen sink, nor did they run the dishwasher (guess that's the guest's job???).
The bed was extremely uncomfortable.
The TV's were not plugged in. Only one remote for both.
The window on the bathroom, while nice to be able to let in light, was NOT in a good location. When the shade was open for light, people could see directly into the bathroom from outside!! Make it frosted or a higher, ransom type window.

Overall great stay!!
Pros:

The staff as a whole was so friendly and worked with such excellence!

The staff member(a young man) who did all of the breakfast preparation was SO upbeat and you could tell he loved his job!

Cons:

Nothing that I saw? It was a great stay.

Stay was ok. If visiting again we will look for another lodging to see if there are better options.
Pros:

The bed in the room was comfortable. Complimentary breakfast.

Cons:

In our room (100), the main entry way light in the kitchen was out and the overhead light in the hallway to the bathroom was out causing dark areas in the room. There was an old used bar soap left in our shower. There we no q tips included in the room.

Sink and shower were clogged and when we called to let staff know, they said there was nothing they could do since maintenance was off. Also, they double billed us and they have yet to resolve the issue.
