Pros:

Das Frühstück und Abendessen waren sehr lecker.
Die Lage sehr gut.
Das Zimmer war sehr sauber.

Cons:

Das Personal war freundlich, aber leider etwas verpeilt. Z.B. kannten sie die Getränkekarte nicht und paar Stunden nach unserem Einchecken wurden wir angerufen wo wir bleiben.

Restaurant im Hotel inkludiert, Frühtsück war das Geld wert

Cons:

Leider hat das "Warmnwasser" im Zimmer 33 fast 2 Min gedauert, bis es wirklich warm war. Das Zimmer hat ein wenig muffelig gerochen.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Abends waren wir dort auch Essen. Das Personal ist sehr kinderfreundlich und zuvorkommend.

Nettes Hotel mit guten Betten und gutem Restaurant.
Pros:

Sehr gutes Hotel Zentrum, neu gemachte Zimmer mit sehr guten Betten. Habe gut geschlafen. Restaurant ist empfehlenswert, war lecker. Parkplätze genug vorhanden. Empfehlenswert.

Die Lage und das Frühstück

Cons:

Das "Appartement" im Dachfirst, mit beengten Treppen ist absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Das Mobiliar ist vom Sperrmüll. Man ekelt sich überhaupt auf der Couch zu sitzen. Der Kühlschrank ist unheimlich laut und völlig vergilbt.
Das Bad ist dem baulichen Gegebenheiten entsprechend gut. Der Wasserhahn am Waschbecken ist ein Totalausfall, da man davor stehend komplett am Körper nass wird.
Weshalb das Hotel mit mehr als 7 bewertet wird, erschließt sich mir absolut nicht!

Schönes uriges Hotel, freundlicher Empfang, guter Service, nette Mitarbeiter. Das Hotel liegt direkt im Zentrum und alles in Bad Frankenhausen ist fußläufig zu erreichen.

Insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt gut gefallen, das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und umfangreich.

Cons:

Man hatte uns im Vorfeld nicht gesagt, dass das Personal gegen 22.00Uhr Feierabend hat. Dankenswerterweise bekamen wir noch Getränke und konnten den Saal bis 24.00 Uhr noch nutzen.
