Best customer service!
Pros:

Traveling usually comes with imperfections. I was fortunate enough to have an amazing front desk associate in Bethanie who understood and empathized with my visit's imperfections. Handled promptly and professionally. I am so grateful!!

Awesome but lounge was freezing!
Pros:

Jordan was awesome with service! Everything stayed fill and she was very friendly! It was a quiet place parking was good! The only thing that we didn't like was how freezing the breakfast area was. Everyone was so cold even other guests were complaining about the coldness.

Customer service excellence!
Pros:

Cannot say enough about how pleased we are with the hotel and the service we received from Bethany. We were booked at another hotel and after being given a dirty room and poor service, we luckily found this hotel and was greeted by great staff, service and a clean room last minute. Bethany made everything great for us!

Friendly. Helpful. I really recommend it to come to for anything like work or even just for some kinda sports stay
Pros:

The staff at this hotel is absolutely amazing they help you as much as they can always clean rooms every day regardless and very very friendly and respectful. This is the best hotel I’ve ever been at / went to I definitely recommend it for sure especially if you have Bethanie to help you out she’s a sweet woman and even the manager Laura she will help you above and beyond absolutely amazing people

I won’t be staying here again.
Cons:

I was down graded on my room. My bathroom was not clean at all. I did take photos. Just very disappointed in the overall experience. I feel I should’ve received a little money off due to the down grade and my room not being clean.

I love and enjoy the location of the Green Tree Hampton Inn.
Pros:

I always enjoy Hampton;s breakfasts. The staff kindly prepares turkey sausage for me when I make a request because I avoid eating pork.

Cons:

The commode is too low and at times it did not work.

Greentree Hampton Inn
Pros:

We stay at the Greentree location frequently. The staff is always pleasant and the building is always clean. We have never had a problem with the rooms. If we need something the people there are very accommodating. I feel that the value is very good.

Always a great stay!
Pros:

I've been coming here for 20 plus years and it keeps getting better every time. The renovations are wonderful. Breakfast is always great, always hot and fresh. Front desk staff is amazing, Tori, Mike, Bethanie, Jamal, Venice, Racquel and Jackie always friendly and helpful. Oliver in maintenance always helps with an issues that may come up. Recommend this hotel to everyone!

Was ok
Pros:

Breakfast was decent. Room nice and large.

Cons:

Hotel was off the beat in path, very isolated. Bed sheets had holes, sheet barely fit the bed which was uncomfortable. No face clothes in the room. Disappointed for being a Hampton inn.
