Ok
Pros:

Location was decent, on the edge of Pittsburgh and near highway. Like all Hamptons, it was clean and well kept. Downsides were that wifi was spotty and not always easy to connect to. And unlike most Hamptons, they actually charged for parking ($5/day).

Not stay at this property, its cheap for a reason
Cons:

I reserved two rooms, months in advance. My card was charged 3 days before the stay (as per schedule) but I was denied the rooms on property stating they were over booked. I was left stranded in an unknown city at midnight. I wasn’t even reimbursed right away (it took booking.com 45 mins to confirm that I will be reimbursed) so I couldn’t book myself & my guests another room before that. The lady at front desk of Hampton Inn was also very difficult to deal with and kept on changing her statements from the booking is not showing on her end > I can see the booking > oh someone else booked it. It was mid night and not as busy with tourists as she was telling it was. I am certain there was an error in their system and I was a victim.

A fine Hampton Inn for a several-night stay
Pros:

The Hampton Inn in Greentree, just a few minutes south of Pittsburgh, is a fine example of the value of the Hampton Inn brand. I have stayed here now several times. Front desk staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good. The rooms are good. The bedding is great. I use this hotel for several nights at a time when visiting family. I am never let down at all.

Pros:

The lady at the desk tried to make the most out of a bad situation.

Cons:

No power for hours. Didnt try to make an accommodations for us. Halls were super dark. Room was chilly until power came back on. They did offer any extra blankets or anything.
