Comfortable apartment with everything we needed for the kitchen and the bath. Office staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating!

When I go to Palm Springs I’d always stay at this property. Always a great experience!!

Stayed there 3 times and loved it every time

It was good, had everything we needed and family friendly, respectable and dignified. I would recommend it and would stay again.

The room is large and always very clean

We stayed for 3 days, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. One day they were cutting and trimming trees, and there was constant noise all around. On another day they were blowing leaves, which created even more noise. The jacuzzi was unusable because it was far too hot, and although I asked for the temperature to be adjusted, nothing was done. The pool also did not seem clean, and by the third day it looked poorly maintained.

Housekeeping was lacking as well. The rooms were not cleaned daily, no fresh towels or coffee were provided, and the towels available were very old and overused. Overall, the stay did not meet expectations for comfort or service.

Maids left the apartment very clean when I arrived for check in, will definitely come back. Lady in the front was also very sweet !

Nice property. Pool was great and quiet almost every night. Clean and just what we needed.

Good: Great location, walkable and spacious units. Great for a traveling family. Also comes with a kitchen which was a major plus. Cleaning and maintenance staff did a great job.

Not Good: The AC unit was not great and could not keep the unit cool. Especially during the hottest times of the day. Evening/night was fine however It was 116 outside at points in the day so this is very important. Staff did not want to help until we asked numerous times to have it looked at. Wi-Fi also was not great.

Nice hotel

It was a nice area nice condo very clean and very quiet no issues

King size Bed was very comfortable , kitchenette complete , we baked a cake and made cookies, walked at night in the solar lighted path with access from our porch, so request a room that faces the river/ path. Really ver was dry though, as we came in the Summer. The pool was nice and clean. There was a lap pool only for adults , which was nice to enjoy more peacefully. There is bingo and activities, but we did not participate because we were out hiking or taking naps to recover from them. Hotel is close to nice restaurants/ shopping in Palm Springs by car. 15 min drive. Also close to grocery shopping by car.

Couldn’t find the entrance to office fan was not working in kitchen just a few minor dislike, but other than that love this place it was quiet clean And markets and eateries close by

It was great, but, if you plan on sleeping before midnight , dont get a room by the pool.

The pool water was very warm and hot tub was scolding hot could not enjoy and refresh and neither one. Bedding was dingy

The room was very nice large and spacious. I loved all the amenities that it offered the kids to enjoy the pool..

Such a perfect property. I felt like I was stepping back in time. Staff at front desk extremely friendly. Overnight stay, wish we had longer.

We stayed for the weekend, the place was clean and we had a blast.
