Very luxurious hotel, great location
Pros:

Very luxurious hotel. The room was very comfortable, spacious and clean. Breakfast was great. The outside swimming pool was great. Staff were polite and we were even given an upgrade. Very good location to avoid heavy traffic but still travel to and from several other main locations relatively quickly.

Cons:

The jacuzzi was only available for women.

Comfortabel en goed verblijf in Jakarta
Pros:

We kregen een gratis upgrade en zaten daardoor op de bovenste verdieping. Met super uitzicht over de stad. Ruime kamer met comfortabel bed en goede douche. Erg schoon. Super vriendelijk personeel en het ontbijtbuffet was voortreffelijk maar ook lunch/diner was prima. En heerlijke massages zij te boeken in de eigen spa! Hotel ligt ook centraal ten opzichte van Monas en het Nationaal Museum.

From the moment I arrived, I experienced excellent hospitality from the hotel team.

Unfortunately, my journey from the airport to the hotel was disappointing because I had a bad experience with a taxi driver who charged me far more than expected. I arrived at the hotel feeling frustrated and upset.
When I shared my experience with Ms. Layla at the reception, she listened attentively with genuine empathy. She truly put herself in my position as a guest and made me feel heard and understood. Her kindness completely changed my mood.

As a thoughtful gesture, she arranged a complimentary room upgrade and a late check-out until 1:00 PM. It may seem like a simple gesture, but to me, it made a huge difference. What started as a negative experience turned into a wonderful stay because of her exceptional service.

Thank you, Layla, for your kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. You made my first visit to Jakarta a memorable one, and I will definitely come back to see you again.
Highly recommended, and my sincere appreciation to the Millennium Hotel team for having such a wonderful receptionist.
