Comfy Cozy
Pros:

It was a cozy suite with a TV in both the seating/living room & bedroom.

Cons:

Although it was a suite, it was small. The bed was too close to the wall so it made getting to and in the bed a VERY tight squeeze.

Clean. Great location. Affordable.

Cons:

Walls are paper thin. I stayed twice and got a noise complaint each time. I recognize that I’m loud BUT I can also hear people opening their room doors/swiping their room cards and such from inside my room.

Snidane vyborna, personal pratelsky a ochotny, pokoje ciste, uklizene.

Cons:

Malo mista v jidelne. Nepokryva kapacitu hotelu. Stalo se, ze jsem se vracel 3x nez jsem nasel volny stul pro rodinu. Byli jsme tam i v roce 2018 a byl stejny problem. Je take potreba pocitat i s tim, ze hotel vam zablokuje cca $40 na karte jako jakysi depozit pro pripad skody. Vrati za zhruba 14 dni.

Our stay was Great!

The breakfast was GREAT!! They had a good selection of items for everyone. And we all loved that the room looked exactly as the pictures on the site. If was comfortable and CLEAN!!

I enjoyed my stay and may come again.
Pros:

Erica was instrumental in changing my reservation. I accidentally put in the wrong dates and I was unable to get through to Booking.com for two (2) days. I was in a panic. She also tried and was unable to get through to your system. She worked with me for a couple days. She corrected the reservation in the hotel records and assured me that she would handle the correction with you. Erica placed a note on the account that provided information to your company about the situation. If it had not been for Erica taking the lead, I would not have been able to attend the event that was scheduled. And I would have lost the money that I spent to attend the event; the money I spent to travel to DC; and hotel costs
Erica was a God-send. I am so grateful to her. It's rare to find good customer service these days. She went above and beyond! Erica is an exceptional representative of the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Washington Downtown!

Cons:

I would like to have had toiletries (lotion, more than one small bar of soap). Also, an air vent in the bathroom to prevent steam buildup would be good.
