Cons:

Very disappointing experience.
I paid for my stay in full through Booking.com, but when I arrived the hotel demanded an additional $30 per day as a “deposit”, which was never mentioned in my reservation. I was told that if I didn’t agree, I could cancel my stay — even though I had already paid.
At check-out they promised to give me a document confirming the refund and said the money would be returned within 10 days. No document was given, and 10 days later the deposit is still not returned. I have sent multiple emails and received no response.
This amount may seem small for the U.S., but for international travelers it matters. Because of the lack of transparency and communication, I cannot recommend this hotel.

Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est top si vous voulez visiter Washington, proche de la Gare

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner n'est pas très varié, la salle du petit déjeuner est dans le Hall d'entrée de l'hôtel et pas beaucoup de place !! La chambre est assez grande, par contre impossible de se connecter au WiFi !! Les draps étaient pas très propre....

Pros:

Location to the Arena. Good breakfast. Nice staff.

Cons:

Small suite for the money. No fan in the bathroom. Sofa bed was not comfortable and King bed mattress & pillows were disappointing. It just felt dirty.

Comfy Cozy
Pros:

It was a cozy suite with a TV in both the seating/living room & bedroom.

Cons:

Although it was a suite, it was small. The bed was too close to the wall so it made getting to and in the bed a VERY tight squeeze.
