Great place to stop a few nights
Pros:

Fantastic location by the harbour. Recommend the harbour view rooms. Food great. Staff friendly.

Great location but attention to detail not up to normal Hotel With standards.
Pros:

Location excellent, great views from dining room across harbour. Room very comfortable, good bed and bathroom plus two comfy seats in room. Breakfast, afternoon cake and dinner included.

Cons:

Very expensive, but comparable with other hotels in Tromso. Quality and variety of food nothing like as good as Gabelshus Hotel With in Oslo. Decent coffee machine only available at breakfast. Room was not cleaned during 5 night stay.

Would stay again.
Pros:

Great views friendly and very helpful staff, from the receptionists to the catering staff, all very good.
Sauna/Gym was also very good.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike. Great hotel.

Fantastic comfortable stay, v central
Pros:

The location was ideal, minutes walk to the main road of shops and many restaurants near by as well as close to the meeting points for the excursions.
The staff were really friendly especially the kitchen/restaurant staff.
The gym and sauna in the hotel was great. Breakfast had a decent amount of options a the Fika (cake) in the afternoon was a nice complement.

Cons:

The dinner in the evening didn’t have many options, it was fish both nights with no meat or veggie alternative.
Dressing gowns were only available for upgraded/superior rooms which just found abit odd.

Pros:

Emplacement idéal, à proximité des musées et des départs d'excursions. Surtout: au bord de la mer.
Hôtel calme, accueillant.
Le fait que la chambre ne soit pas nettoyée chaque jour peut surprendre, mais cela responsabilise le client et lui apporte une grande autonomie, puisqu'il peut y rester aussi longtemps qu'il le souhaite.

Cons:

Au buffet le soir, il faut parfois du temps avant de pouvoir commander une boisson.
