Pros:

Die Lage ist einzigartig, die Zimmer auf der Hafenseite sind betreffend Ausblick unschlagbar (Hafen, grosse Brücke im Hintergrund, arktische Kathedrale).

location is great, I am not sure this is a 4 star hotel
Pros:

The bed was comfortable, the room was warm, breakfast was good, location very good.

Cons:

breakfast was good but could have had fresh juice, the hot chocolate dispenser was empty when I asked for hot chocolate I was told simply no.
Was very confused with dinner more of a buffet and no hot food, the soup and rice was tepid, the first night I arrived we where late for dinner due to the flight, we were nonchalantly told no food. We ended up going out to eat both nights.

Les petits déjeuners sont complets et excellents.
La situation de l’hôtel.
Le fait que le repas du soir peut être pris sur place.

Pros:

This is a fantastic location right on the harbour. Included in the booking is breakfast, afternoon snack and what they call a simple supper, which is actually really good. Soup, a hot dish, several salads, really good value when compared with other restaurants.

Ausgezeichnete Lage in der Innenstadt am Hafen, grosses Zimmer (Deluxe), herrliche Sicht auf Hafen, Brücke, Kirche und Bucht/Berge, gutes Frühstück, 'Fika' und (asiatisches) Abendessen, sauber.

Cons:

Hoher Preis, aber im saisonal bedingten Durchschnitt.

Wir kommen wieder -beim nächsten Mal besser vorbereitet.
Pros:

Die Lage, das Personal, die Atmosphäre im Hotel, Frühstück und Abendbrot - das war alles sehr gut und ich würde auch gerne wiederkommen!

Cons:

Im Zimmer gab es ein großzügiges Bad, ein ziemlich bequemes Bett und einen Schreibtisch - ABER: es gab keinen Schrank, kein Regal, NICHTS. Der Versuch, das Zimmer zu tauschen scheiterte, weil offenbar alle Zimmer keine Schränke, Regal oder Ablagemöglichkeiten haben. Im Ergebnis entsteht ein "Zelt" Gefühl. Man legt alle Sachen (2 Personen, eine Woche) rings ums Bett auf die Erde und unter das Bett. Das war extrem befremdlich, unerwartet und ein Reinigungsservice schloss sich so von selbst aus. Wir hatten Mühe, die beiden Koffer irgendwo abzustellen. "Aus dem Koffer" zu leben war ebenfalls nicht möglich, weil der Platz zum Aufklappen nicht ausreicht. Im Koffer habe ich stattdessen die beiden Hotelbademäntel geparkt, die auf der Hutablage über einer kurzen Garderobenstange lagen. Das war dann für etwas Wäsche frei. Wir haben uns dann damit arrangiert und wären bei einem nächsten Besuch halt auf "Campingplatz" besser vorbereitet. Schade, denn es ist ein schönes und liebenswertes Hotel.

Comfortable stay
Pros:

The view of Tromsø bridge and Arctic Cathedral.(not a cathedral) was amazing. Watching the boats come and go whilst relaxing in my room was so nice. The food was lovely and every soup I tried had the uncanny knack of being delicious. The bed was super comfy and the staff were friendly.

Cons:

That I had to leave 😪
