Подойдет только если нужно пару дней переночевать. Для длительного проживания вариант отвратительный
Pros:

Расположение удачное. В 5 минутах пешком супермаркет Tops. Пляж - 15 минут. Рядом есть зал для занятий Муай Тай.
В номере есть стиральная машина, микроволновка, плита, холодильник, быстрый Wi-Fi, полный набор посуды, комплект банных и пляжных полотенец.
Кровать достаточно удобная, умеренно жесткая. Белье хорошее, приятное к телу.
В здании - большая охраняемая парковка.
Есть где помыть ноги от песка.

Cons:

1. Ужаснейшая звукоизоляция. Слышно буквально каждое слово, произносимое соседями, со всех сторон. Стены - картонные!
2. Кондиционер шумит как камнедробильный завод! Безумно громко! Охлаждает очень медленно и плохо. Такое ощущение, что он запрограммирован, и пульта не слушается - изменение температуры / скорости вентиляторов / управления шторками направления воздушного потока - вообще ничего не меняют. Только вкл/выкл.
3. Уборка - платная (800 бат), и заказывать ее надо за 2 суток.
4. Попросили дополнительное одеяло - нам его принесли. Но... без пододеяльника!
5. Диван продавленный, грязный, весь в пятнах.
6. Ванная комната - с плесенью по углам и укромным местам.
7. Почти все 3 недели отпуска один из двух лифтов не работал.
8. Тренажерный зал - маленький, тренажеров мало, и в нем безумно жарко, а кондиционеры не работают. Обе беговые дорожки сломаны. И работает он только с 9 до 20 часов.
9. Хозяева потребовали прислать им паспорта гостей в чате. При этом сам Booking прямо там, в чате, предупреждает, что отправлять документы нельзя! Занятная история...
10. Одни из соседей безумно громко смотрели телевизор до 3-4 утра. Написали хозяевам - те сказали, что мы должны обратиться на ресепшн. При этом ресепшн работает только в дневное время, и у них постоянно выходные! То есть если проблема возникнет в выходной или ночью - это будет исключительно ваша проблема!
11. Номер ОЧЕНЬ маленький. Безумно тесно.
12. Балкон использовать невозможно: там стоят кондиционеры, которые выдают раскаленный выхлоп. А площадь балкона такая, что там и кошке будет тесно. Так что он существует чисто формально.

Nice apartment. Lovely pools . Good location . Very quiet

Cons:

We had to notify our hosts of door lock not working , shower faulty . Had to be at apartment 4 times in Six days , whilst workers fixed issues. Not the best way to spend valuable time. Immensely frustrating when trying to get deposit repaid .

Pros:

they told me that i could get the roomkey at the recepetion when checking-in. when i arrived, there was no one there..(apparently, there‘s usually no one there at sundays?!)
i then went to the hotel nearby to ask for help. the klnd lady called the manager and he told her that the key would be in the mailbox. fun fact: he wasn‘t there.
so after around 1h i just went to the room to check, and there were maintenance people in my room, who took the key from the mailbox. fortunately, 2hrs later i was able to go into the room, but the communication was just terrible..
