This was my second stay at the hotel. It feels safe and comfortable. Free parking is directly cross the street and there

Cons:

Change in policy regarding breakfast included. Loud traffic noise in room if on highway side. Not enough towels in room for all three guests.

A deeply disappointing and uncomfortable stay that felt unsafe, unclean, and impossible to rest in.

I was very disappointed with my stay.

First of all, the parking situation was unacceptable. The parking area is located under a bridge in the middle of the highway, and nobody informed us about this beforehand. It was confusing and difficult to find.

The room also had a serious problem. I woke up with numerous insect bites all over my body. I cannot confirm what caused them or what type of insects they were, but the experience was very upsetting. Since returning home, I have been cleaning and inspecting all of my belongings because I was worried I might have brought something back with me.

Another major issue was the lack of proper air conditioning. Instead of a built-in AC, there was a very loud portable unit that made it almost impossible to sleep. The noise was constant and unbearable.

Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. The stay was uncomfortable, stressful, and far below my expectations. I hope the hotel addresses these issues so future guests do not have the same experience.

Over all, It was a great stay and I had a great sleep!
Pros:

The lady who checked me in was very polite and helpful and even upgraded my room's bed to King instead of queen. It was a delight. Thank you. It was super clean and amenities were wonderful. TV was working great which I tuned in to classical music while I slept. I had no time to take breakfast, though since I had an early flight.

Cons:

I don't know If it's always like that, they didn't have some toothbrushes as complimentary nor for sale. Since I forgot my toothbrush I have to walk a little few steps down the block to purchase some.

very uncomfortable stay. Sleepless night with loud music and party guests loitering in the halls.
Pros:

room size was good.

Cons:

There was a loud party in the banquet hall on Saturday night that ran until 4AM on Sunday. The music was so loud that the room furniture was actually vibrating. Sleeping through this was IMPOSSIBLE. Hotel staff was unable to help to get them reduce their music.

Unwelcome to Montreal.
Pros:

The Havana Restaurant served good affordable meals. The bust 192 Est stops just 1 minute walk from the hotel and you can catch bus to any location with 8mknute walk from the hotel.

Cons:

The hotel is generally unkept. The staff are unfriendly. I was initially booked for 8 days but had to cut short my stay to just 5 days.
3 days after check out, the hotel are yet to refund my $100 caution withholding charge (which they said was to be refunded before check out).
The hotel did not provide routine room services. I had to go to the reception by myself to request for cleaning of the room nd change of towels and bedsheets after 2 nights.
The breakfast is nothing to write home about.
The lift is old and dirty.
There was only one lighting point near the TV where one can charge their appliances. No bedside access.

The room was clean and comfortable. But the guess did not help much when I needed it.

The parking spot wasn’t clear and the staff didn’t help me figuring out where it was exactly .as a result I got a parking ticket from the police the first day.
